What do you like best about the product?
When using this to analyze sales I like how you can export to excel for easy manipulation of what I need to view. I can save and print.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when exporting to excel the cells would distort and I would need to spend time formatting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the opportunity to look at sales and see where field employees need to focus more or also where we can focus less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the software and I enjoy how the Analytics features are seamlessly intertwined with other Salesforce features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Salesforce Sales Analytics can be inaccurate at times as some calls are not tracked or in-house company calls are listed as inbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software helps me track my progress and reach my goals in helping business owners initiate the mergers and acquisitions process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly consider costs before implementing this product. Compare benefits with the financial commitment.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows data to be digested by charts, graphs, and a matrix level that organizes it so anyone can read it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to to figure out the best options for designs To create a total functional dashboard in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get data to everyone that is from one source and accurate while easy to read that’s updated daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Functions are pretty stable. I personally haven't encountered any problems in terms of connection etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike to be honest. Pretty standard server to me as a user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To connect to customized data pull from the original data warehouse. It has pretty much the same capabilities as Tableau desktop

What do you like best about the product?
Content and customer relations database management. I like the reminder feature on the dashboard which is I think very important in sales environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Very slow system wish it was little bit faster so that you don't sit on the phone and wait for your software to work fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer tracking,inventory tracking, revenue tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides many different options to help you visualize your data and make sense of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive. It take a long time to get used to the program and feel comfortable using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has so much data that comes from all over the world. Tableau allows us to share this data across the world and visualize it in a way that makes sense to us and makes it easier to read.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is empowering everyone to develop analytics apps faster. The power of Einstein Analytics has more roles, departments and industries, empowering all business users to be smarter about their customers with actionable insights. A lot of Salesforce users have leveraged out of the box operational reports and dashboards to quickly look up their data, understand performance and communicate results. As a Salesforce users we are be able to utilize advanced analytics powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Now our company created a way to empower our sales representatives, service agents, marketers and analysts with the insights they need to make our customer interaction smarter, without having to build mathematical models, write algorithms or ask an expert for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Einstein Analytics is one of the most expensive platforms in the market and it wasn't well defined data-analysis capabilities and Einstein has a lot limitations like SAQL Queries, Sales and Service Analytics and most importantly field level security was one of the major concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce always leverages the power of simplicity, and true to form, Force.com Reports tools allow business users to create highly complex and intuitive reports very easily. Conventional reporting tools are capable of generating highly powerful and insightful reports, with users having the ability to generate complex reports and dashboards in double quick time. Unlike most traditional BI products, Wave is mobile-first, designed for the mobile and optimized to suit the needs of customer support, sales, marketing, and other teams who would be using these tools the most. Moreover, with Wave being cloud based, there is infinite scalability on offer. Virtually no data set is too big for Wave to handle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can spend more time effectively. Einstein automatically prioritises the leads and opportunities most likely to convert and close based on your history and past deals. Users will know whether or not a deal is likely to close by identifying customer sentiment, competitor involvement, and company updates. Einstein capture data and add new contacts so you can spend less time on data entry and more time selling. You can extend the full power of the Salesforce platform to email and calendar and never miss a buying signal. Overall Einstein is best platform to use to close more business opportunities.

not real-time when connected to your CRM

predictions are reliable. manual consolidation of data took too much time. with Einstein Wave Analytics you can view actionable information any time without having to depend on a person

What do you like best about the product?
It's a rapidly evolved and fairly robust platform. Accepts a lot of common data formats and is fairly easy to integrate into. Works very well with the rest of the Salesforce Platform. Pretty easy to learn the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is pretty steep, even if you are already on the Salesforce platform. Can be difficult to configure at times since some parts are in flux and deep config sometimes requires knowing JSON. Need a large data lake to be effective right out of the gate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise grade cross platform analytics that integrate well with a CRM (Salesforce). Easy to stand up and create.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility with visuals, the ability to join datasets, and the drag and drop nature of the tool that makes it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent updates can be frustrating, especially because you can't open books created in new versions of Tableau in older versions. It takes a lot of communication to make sure everyone in a large organization is on the same version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Savings over fiscal years and fiscal periods can be easily viewed with a calculated field defining which months map to which periods.
