Good reporting and viz software
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful, easy to use, quick at requeryiing , able to connect to many types of data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user friendly in design screens, but after training it’s easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global organization live data visualizations, and emailed reports scheduled

What do you like best about the product?
The obvious benefit of this platform is that you can easily access Tableau anywhere and virtually from any computer. It makes those little important last minute changes possible. Also, it is easy to share it with others who don't have the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit slow at times, but overall not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for our marketing campaigns to help generate analytics on our numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool assists me in quickly and reliably presenting all the data we have in one or several databases used in the company. We present it to the bosses through dashboards in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner using graphics, calendars, maps, among others. The data is analyzed with global filters that are very useful, and they can be viewed from your desktop computer, as well as from cell phones and tablets, just by sharing a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have several applications open on the computer, it can often get a little slow, sometimes when I'm making changes to the Dashoboards and I give it to save data and it gives an error which does not allow me to make the changes I want, which implies new the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Tableau, the company has managed to reduce working time when making presentations and reports that show the statistical data required to know in real time for decision making, as it connects with several local files with text formats (*.txt, *.csv, *.tsv, *.tab), as well as Google Sheets, Excel, and Access files. Tableau Public can also connect with statistical software files such as SAS, SPSS (*.sav), and R. It allows you to collect scattered information, it is an intelligent platform, and the best thing is that it is constantly updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy-to-use tool that helps you reduce the company's costs and increase profits. It assists you in a quick and easy way to make company decisions. Tableau adapts very well for both large and small companies. It is a Business Intelligence platform that is growing at an enormous speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the way it was integrated directly with Salesforce to visualize my data in complex ways. When you need to accurately forecast deals and categorize them according to quality, this gives you a perfect view to easily assess the accounts and numbers. Einstein comes with the advanced technology allows us to be able to better predict the actions of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Salesforce Einstien for almost one and half year. The backend set up for this product takes us away too long and lots of schools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Einstein is a powerful tool and it helps save a lot of time on administrative work. It helps to track when looking at an entire organization or team's pipelines and opportunities. We are able to identify which leads are most likely to turn into customers, make that conversion and then anticipate future needs for them. Overall Salesforce has given us a lot of advantages to tracking opportunities to close more business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Einstein is a great application for organizing and distributing work among team members. Some troubleshooting necessary to customize to your organization. It helps business users life easier, It can even be used on mobile devices! However just be aware that not all features are supported on phones yet as it is a relatively new software. Having said that it is one of the best ever software to access and track the business opportunities.

It's very easy to use, with incredibly robust capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service team doesn't respond as quickly as we'd like, especially when we're under the gun to get reports done.

We're better able to align all of our internal teams around sales & marketing progress.

Salesforce is a great software. We use it on a daily basis to help us determine which prospects will be the most impactful to call.

The only problem that I would say would be to be faster from time to time.

We like having the ability to easily see our CS patterns over the course of a day/week/month. Easy to send Business Intelligence Reports on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.
