Easy setup and management
What do you like best about the product?
Compatible to use with all major operating systems including macOS, Windows, Windows Server, and various Linux distributions. This allows us to manage our entire environment with one product line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very powerful tool that can require some knowledge in writing database queries to take full advantage of the software in tracking down attacks across systems and files accessed by attackers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne serves as our Antivirus, EDR, XDR, and Vulnerability scanner. It has removed previously unknown threats in our environment and prevented new ones. It has met the criteria for our business and insurance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin controls for SentinelOne make it easy to keep our organization safe and allow for lots of customization and control by groups and different high-risk users. I like the visibility into incidents and it's easy to identify what is an actual threat and what is a false-positive. Updating agents is easy and generating reports is also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an option for automatic updates is a slight disadvantage and not being able to schedule recurring full disk scans. I also notice that there are a lot of false positives that come up but I would rather have that then the latter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne is our EDR and is used to protect our end user devices from malware and viruses. I have pretty high confidence it is protecting our endpoints and it is an easy tool to use.

Best EDR/XDR solution in the market with user friendly console .
What do you like best about the product?
best thing is the user compatibility and platform access to all modules . agent installation , incident management , application external devcie control . As per other edr solutions this is best becasue of the user friendly console .
What do you dislike about the product?
see it is very ahrd to identify but they need to improve them in ranger module. We are able to identify through IP but if Mac can also be included then it will be better .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is securiing our assets from external as well as internal threats . Also providing the list of vulnerbailities existing in the instaleld applications with proper rememdiations .
Sentinel1 is the Stuff
What do you like best about the product?
It frees up my time to do other things. I like that you can run another AV at the same time. The admin console is very nice and gives many options.
What do you dislike about the product?
All though nothing is perfect, I have to keep checking to ensure Sentinel1 does not grab legitimate files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detection and response. I do not have to go from PC to PC anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete tool and in comparison with other products its cluster is very organized and intuitive, in addition to having a very effective response capacity, easy to install and uninstall
What do you dislike about the product?
Being an agent who is constantly monitoring on occasions for in-house development applications, she detects a lot of false positives.The offline uninstallation should be better, adding some tool in the central console that can be executed on the computers and the Firewall should add categories to be able to make it a little more granular and not be entering the urls one by one

A year ago we had a cyberattack with the blackcat ransomware, it helped us to clean and detect those computers that still had traces of this ransomware.It was installed in all of the corporate
The best in class EDR, EPP Workload Protection, and IoT Control
What do you like best about the product?
SentinelOne Singularity is the best protection for Organisations to tackle modern-day threats and overcome vulnerabilities. Real-time threat monitoring is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no specific dislike for SentinelOne Singularity, but the False Positives are sometimes painful and cause confusion. Otherwise, it works best with the intended purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we may face in today's ever-changing times is new forms of Threats to critical IT infrastructure and End Points; SentinelOne Singularity is solving that problem of security and threat protection for our Organization, and that too in real-time.
NIST and CMMC compliance brought to reality
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business, with no in house IT department, achieving NIST/CMMC compliance for cybersecurity seemed like an impossible task. Utilizing SentinelOne helps us reach compliance on so many of our controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the same things we love about SentinelOne, I could say they are things we dislike. The console is so technical, to achieve the tasks it is set out for, but makes it somewhat hard to understand/use. I'm sure anyone with a strong IT background would have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed endpoint security, and monitoring. SentinelOne masters this, and allows us to monitor activities, software libraries, and many other responsibilities required for NIST/CMMC compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Eaysy of management. Intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
An automatic update of the endpoint agents could be helpfull.

Helps to protect our netework connected devices.
I feel secure with SentinelOne
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to sleep at night knowing that SentinelOne has my network and endpoints secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few False-Positives that I've had troubles figuring out - and there are a few Kiosks that aren't running properly since we installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops the RANSOMWARE and other viruses that our previous Anti-virus was not able to detect nor stop.
