A Low-Maintenance, Modern EDR Solution for Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Sentinel One has multiple advantages:
1) Responsive and knowledgeable customer support
2) Easy segmentation of sites and groups
3) Excellent dashboard and customizable alerting that put the events that matter in front of your eyes
4) Constant updates and new feature adds every day
5) Easy and intuitive interface
6) Powerful, low-impact agents. I have yet to receive a call about S1 hogging resources.
7) Powerful Day-0 protection. We have created custom scripts to run against installed agents and they have blocked everything that we have thrown at them.

Coming from environments that have used McAfee, Cisco AMP, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, and Crowdstrike, S1 beats them all in almost every category. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides:
1) Endpoint agents could benefit from a GUI for settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a centralized EDR across multiple companies that provides the most value with the lowest re-occurring maintenance. Sentinel One gives us all of that.

A highly effective option for enterprise security

What do you like best about the product?
SentinelOne Endpoint has given my company much more peace of mind. Our servers and workstations are now protected 24/7 with a product that is highly effective. The user interface enables me to look up and address any potential threat found very quickly. The ability to remediate or, if necessary, rollback any attacks with ease is another solid feature. The deployment process is also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to identify and eliminate false positives during the deployment process. The product is very sensitive and will find a number of legitimate applications and mark them as suspicious. The product did not a user's browser from being hijacked by adware. I needed to use another product to resolve this instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have identified an unexpectedly large amount of USB thumb drive usage. Tools within SentinelOne have allowed us to lock down USB ports across our environment while also allowing us to make exceptions to this new policy. These exceptions can be as granular as only allowing a certain USB's serial number.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setup and the ease of installation of the endpoint
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. Everything that was something to "dislike" has already been fixed by update, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's protecting our endpoint and organization from malware, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of deployment, the AI/ML aspects are amazing, saves a lot of admin time compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the Ranger module is an additional cost and should be part of the whole package by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saves on admin time working on antivirus issues, we save time and money not having to wipe machines as often when they have security concern, visibility in portal gives great insight

What do you like best about the product?

It would be nice if their support page contained more detailed instructions on some things such as installing the system or upgrading etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The lightweight client is completely unnoticeable, and never exhausts my CPU like other EPPs. It also has a great malware stopping power
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I can say that I dislike about SentinelOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all endpoints are fully protected at all times. The product is doing exactly what we expect of it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just buy it. It is the best EPP

Endpoint Protection and Automation at its best!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the console. Having used all the major competitors, the ease of the console, its layout and the automation is superior. The protection, which is what it is all about, is outstanding too. Our clients have not had malware infections in years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about S1. We've been using it for a couple of years now and it is only getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection, visibility and automation. We are a small MSP and knowing our clients are protected, making that protection automated and easy. Saved time, money and the headache of dealing with malware infections.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is easy to navigate and find what you need quickly. S1 is feature rich allowing cybersecurity operations to identify threats and erratic them. Its capabilities are unrivaled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find any, but perhaps the rapid changes to the platform UI you have to learn the new way of doing things, but even when it changes you can quickly get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating multiple cybersecurity tools through S1.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase it. They know what they're doing and they've designed the best product out there. Throw everything you have at it and it will come out on top.

Machine Learning at it's best

What do you like best about the product?
No platform is perfect or "set it and forget it" but SentinelOne get's close. Between it's superior ransomware protection and it's machine learning based detection engine, I'm less worried about malware threats than I have ever been.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial scan on the endpoint can be a bit heavy resources and we see the occasional spike in usage, but nothing that has brought a workstation or server to a halt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Malware protection, but we have also seen superior detection with LotL (living off the land) attacks

SentinelOne is the right endpoint protection for most enterprises, give it a trial run for yourself
