Positive experience with S1 and it is a new generation agent based on ML and AI

S1 is solving the poblem of the Traditional AV based only of signature.
S1 is solving even the problem on-prem solution since it is a cloud solution.

The web interface for managing all things SentinelOne related makes our security posture easy to standardize across all platforms and devices.

I don’t have negative feedback at this time for SentinelOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint security is always a vital component and with SentinelOne’s autonomous Singularity, it becomes easier to trust our security is bolstered.

Very user friendly and inituitive to use. Accurate detection without minimal false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have a vulnerability scanning feature that can replace our current VA solution because less agent on workloads is better.

Prevent take over of our workloads.

Easy to use platform that gives a great overview of endpoints and events.

Don't have many negatives for sentinelone products. They have worked really well for us.

It has allowed us to leverage a small team to provide a higher level of protection.
Strong and Robust EDR Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage and administrate and we have high confidence in its core capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using the EDR logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is protecting all of our endpoints against malware and malicious code.
SentinelOne Singularity Modern Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of SentinelOne Singularity is the ease of use, modern and current real-time capabilities of the platform. The biggest upside is to be able to detect, deter, or respond to active threats across the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of SentinelOne Singularity are the consistent site changes and updates to the URL that a site logs into. The biggest downside I have experienced is login issues due to these site chages, which requires authetication e-mail verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne Singularity is solving the day to day threats that remain constent for organizations to manage and control, it gives full insight to everything on your network and the benefit of removing threats as they appear.
Works without issue and provides solid security for our needs.

The visibility that singularity provides is next to none. The response to threats is instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features that are not helpful. This product is exactly what we asked for.

We aren't having to check for possible threats constantly. This saves us time and eases our mind.

Cost can sometimes be a factor. Being alerted to a problem.

it is not possible to upgrade or uninstall the Agent without the administrator console.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sentinel in more than 80 clients, we can actually tell that it got better and better with time, assistance is amazing and the product works and controls awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fetures a would like to see the most implemented is the possibility to actually control every parameter of the agend throughout the admin console, instead of having to go to the single machine to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way sentinel advises you about any possible intrusion or possible virus is amazing. It actually isolates the problem waiting for a response from the administrator. Amazing!
