The centralized view of the infrastructure and alerts that quickly identify anomalies. Dashboards facilitate daily monitoring of equipment and service availability.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial configuration and setting of alert thresholds can take time. A more guided approach would help limit unnecessary alerts and focus on priority incidents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for the detection of downtimes and performance degradations without manually checking each piece of equipment. Centralized supervision helps identify affected services, prioritize interventions, and reduce incident resolution time.

What do you like best about the product?

I love its UI and ease of use. I also appreciate its connectivity panel, which allows for overseeing a wide variety of parameters within a very large infrastructure.

The different menus are sometimes a bit complicated to grasp.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to easily centralize the supervision of my infrastructure, receive alerts through different channels, and facilitate incident handling by my support team.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is clear and well-designed. Monthly updates are appreciated and demonstrate real dynamism in development. The connectors are varied and cover a large part of our monitoring needs. The tool's performance is commendable, and the future promised in the roadmap will only amplify the already present performance. Compared to other market players, Centreon offers very competitive pricing. The support is competent and backed by an AI in the form of a bot.

The Centreon Infra monitoring solution is based on connectors whose languages are quite outdated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Centreon, we used Microsoft solutions that no longer met our needs and excluded open-source solutions and incompatible equipment. Centreon allowed us to cover our entire IT infrastructure.

the plugin pack and event handler part for self-remediation

the unoptimized search view causing slowdowns

I notice connection losses on certain equipment. Allows our supervision team to quickly raise alerts and escalate them

What I appreciate is the simplicity of the product and its ability to be enhanced with scripts, especially when there is no plugin available.

The fact that there is currently no container support, but it will arrive in 26.10.
