What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of the solution is that it offers a very sophisticated interface to view, making it a bit easier for our company's operations team to take care of the monitoring part involving the current status of the server and server backup status.
What needs improvement?
I think there are no suggestions from my end for an improvement of Veeam ONE.
The user experience can be better, as it is one of the areas with shortcomings in the product.
I feel Veeam ONE has no downsides apart from its reporting area, which can be improved in such a way that its users can customize more of the report templates in an in-depth manner. I think there are improvements in Veeam ONE that I can see, including the tool's area that provides more flexibility in generating reports for its customers to view.
