Single Pane of Glass Monitoring at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the alerts in a single space and being able to create different work spaces for different teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Correlation implementation has its limits and reporting is not the best, could be more users intuitive and have better reporting templates examples of what could be the actual capabilities for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all tools in a single place has been one of the best values.
Benefits realized is being able to share tickets/alerts in real time with support teams or to current team members for fast resolution

the correlation is incredible, working together with CMDB and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
management, it’s difficult to find and manage custom tags, I believe it could have greater potential.
Outage management is still primary, but today with cloud tools, making a recurring outage would be awesome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certainly incidents with loose ends, we were able to have a context to resolve the incidents and find the main problem, this significantly reduces the work of the operation
Good but would like to see more AIOps capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization and easy of configurations and ease of use. The SaaS offering is also convenient to get off off the ground

The amount of configurations required to get this running at scale, the lack of actual AIOps to reduce the number of configurations and lack of self-learning capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of Command Center (L1.5) effort and reduction in MTTR, MTTD. Yes, these benefits have been realzed

BigPanda is defintely up there with other AIOps products in terms of brining in efficiency, ability to handle massive scale, ease of configurability and ability to hit the ground running

GUI, is very intuitive, good looking and very easy to use

Debugging option, if something des not work it hard to find out why.

Alert enrichment and optimization, BP allow me to focus on rca instead watching flood of events.

Try BP integrations, it's very straight forward and easy to use.

Modernized Incident Management
What do you like best about the product?
The automated Integrations are pretty straight forward with a copy tweaks needed based on our security requirements. But fairly simple and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to complicated routing processes we couldn't use the out of the box Correlation Patterns and we had to utilize an email parsing for all alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are rebuilding our Incident Management from the ground up as the original process was an in-house custom built tool that was EOL. With Big Panda, we have been able to hit the ground running and have a ton of options for how we can all work without needing to do a lot of backend work. It is intuitive enough to help speed the process of alert management and reporting extremely simplified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably one of the best SaaS solution tools out there for Incident Management period! It's not perfect but then again, nothing is. But it sure comes close!!!

BigPanda team is very well informed on their capabilities, requirements and LOE for various branches of implementation project. This has helped our teams tremendously in level setting expectations and ensuring timely delivery of this integration for out IT Operations support strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of an enhancement request- it would be great to have a mobile app available for BigPanda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT service teams are working on delivering more timely speed to recovery of impacted CIs/business services in critical and high priority cases. We are currently in the enrichment and integration phase; however, BigPanda has already been helpful in identifying possible Change Requests in proximity with major outages in our environments.

Good tool for monitoring consolidation, great customer support, they are open to feedback and you see the changes very quickly.

Some UI workflows are confusing and hard to navigate

A ton of missed workflows in our previous monitoring methodology.

What do you like best about the product?
The console is not very complicated. The tool has a clean look and it requires very less effort for a new user to get going. The Big Panda support team is very receptive. They are available for any queries or concerns we have, or any custom solution that we need for any of our tools. I would appreciate the planning and implementation by the team too, which was very effective and deadlines were met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations for some of the tools are not available yet. For eg Cacti. Had to use custom integrations in these cases which provides limited functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing automated ticket creation and update features of the tool. The AI based alert correlations helps in reducing the volume of tickets. A wide range of integrations are available for multiple monitoring as well as ticketing and alerting tools. The different views available helps is getting the overview and detailed analysis of the alert for debugging.
