Amazing monitoring software to track app performance

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this tool is complete, facilitates monitoring, and provides excellent visualisation. I like monitoring and performance and being able to measure traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent software that is improving at a reasonable price. There is no dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor and track the application throughout the internal and external systems. It constantly helps performance and provides valuable data to monitor and provide a good experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it effectively and reliably manages alerts without effort. I like its user interface and that it can send an alert message to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I wouldn't say. I like BigPanda everything is excellent and does not need updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BigPanda to resolve our issues in sync with the service, and it checks for alerts and notifies workers during any problems. Everything in real-time is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool; it is scalable and integrates seamlessly with various software to improve incident response times; I like that it makes management easy and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is a tool that helps us a lot with load management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us generate alerts in our system and is stable and profitable for system monitoring and real-time notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a perfect tool that provides management and ease of administration and makes it easy to digest any amount of data and re-audit the incoming data. I also like to get a log of every activity in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve seemed a bit steep to me because it was difficult to understand some functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with analysing and monitoring logs, extracting meaningful information, and solving problems with real-time alerts has been an incredible and unique experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this solution because it allows for robust and cost-effective event management and uses artificial intelligence for device log retrieval to collect files and work as it should.

It should improve predictive intelligence.

Smooth Monitoring Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Bigpanda is easily configurable and accessible with all its components.
The unified analytics allows us to customize the dashboard as to our needs
The UI is really simple hence easy to understand even by non users.
The instructions are also straight forward when setting up.
The diagnostic tools that will help monitor and analyze data in our systems to identify issues or anomalies then escalate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any major issues with Bigpanda as it does what we want it to exactly and I'm sure it will even be better as we continue to use it.
The support team can be quicker in their response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda monitors and analyses our data improving efficiency , we are able to gain insight with the real time analytics and solve problems.Creates tracking alert for tickets issuing for issues so as to improve the resolving timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of alerts with AI technology and that it can ingest data from many sources. Signs are handy and work perfectly for event management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs improvement in certain aspects, such as automation and alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring, creating incidents, alerts and everything in different environments work very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool; it is beneficial to make positive decisions and organise time in a much easier way for projects and automatically correlate and get a personalised view.

It is a perfect tool where there is no problem.

It helps us in incident management, eliminates different ticket processes, controls alterations and significantly improves our productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It has analytic tools that have enabled us detect issues in our systems as it's able to correlate events thereby alerting those in charge allowing them to resolve the issues before they affect performance of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experience any major drawback except that it would be great if they are able to look into their mobile application which is a little bit frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's monitoring tools allows users to truck incidents.
Better performance in delivery of our services as we are able to resolve issues before they affect the users experience.
We are able to mitigate risks by managing incidents early.

Excellent automation triage and incident response

What do you like best about the product?
I like BigPanda because of its Automation capabilities, it has made it possible for us to automatically triage all incidents within our IT stack, intergration with our SOAR solution it automatically correlates all incidents, deploys relevant triage efforts and automatically employs required response and remediation actions. Because of BigPanda all incidents are identified, investigate and accurately responded to enhancing and strengthening our security while improving the genral health and performance of our applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to navigate and utilize this product well, seeing that we started using it about 6months ago. but so far we haven't seen anything to dislike about BigPanda. It has delivered on all its product promise to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda has enabled us to improve the security of our IT infrastructure by enabling us have a centralized correlated analysis of all incidents , it allows us to know the root cause of all incidents in a record shorter tikes, this allows us to respond quickly and accurately to all incidents thereby preventing outages and interruptions to our business operations. It has really reduced our repair expenses and duration which makes us more productive agile and effective in our business.
