It is a good tool to monitor outages

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is being able to detect common crashes that occur daily within apps, and it's also great for monitoring and receiving notifications alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I can't find anything that I don't like, everything is excellent, and we love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor workloads, issue ticket notifications to resolve issues as quickly as possible, and monitor a host and view changes made.

Incredible monitoring and tracking software

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it makes it easy for us to do comprehensive monitoring, save time, and give a great view to identify problems and do preventative treatment in certain areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to understand some of its functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great benefits like complete monitoring, proactive alerts, transaction analysis, ticketing and increased performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use to create reports collected by applications and assets, and its documentation is excellent and detailed. The management of requests and incidents is what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not implemented correctly, it can be challenging to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset tracking and table ticker help in trade management; everything is much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool mainly because it is easy to issue tickets and its an excellent user interface; it also offers functionalities such as triggering events, incidents, alerts and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say because it is a tool that has not presented any inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for help desk ticket tracking, problem management, and integration with other systems.

Excellent tool for event correlation in the company

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the user interface and the real-time updating of incoming events, and it also has excellent support that solves problems immediately; it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only had problems with the rest of the patches and the complex integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved problems with monitoring and receiving alerts from different administrators and helped us manage everything efficiently, creating tickets and using maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that its implementation is easy and it has very efficient customer service. I liked the primitive visualisation and that they are configurable and the windows for monitoring events are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
BigPanda is a great tool that doesn't have any bugs so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good solution and is used to manage the cancellation of events and the analysis and issuance of tickets.

Tool to improve data with multiple monitoring functions

What do you like best about the product?
I like the alerts and that the console is straightforward because it provides ease of administration and integrates with multiple tools. Issuing tickets and warnings based on priority is excellent and has a good usability and role-based access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would add more customisation, especially dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alert is excellent for sharing and ticketing tools and gives excellent results. Also, creating environments that provide good visibility and access and monitoring is handy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralised visibility, the automation of incident resolution, that no code is required, and the interface is easy to use. I can see all my data and monitor easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, only errors and failures are not very frequent,t and I also think it lacks innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly fixed performance issues on our servers; we were able to troubleshoot and monitor and manage tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent for alerts and problem management. I like that it looks great and doesn't require much effort. Setting up the environment is simple, and administration is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks more documentation in some functions are not complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits and troubleshooting are many; for example, monitoring and analysing data, creating incidents, and tracking alerts are handy with ticket issuance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the user interface very flexible and easy to use for incidents. It is excellent we can identify and fix the workflows that are not working correctly, so it simplifies all the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO integration sometimes fails to work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates tickets, manages everything with the user interface, analyses multiple data, and increases productivity.
