What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to use my own money and wait for reimbursement, which is a big relief. Additionally, I appreciate that I can conveniently use Brax as a digital card in my Apple Wallet. I enjoy using the Brax app because it allows me to track my expenses and easily check my card details. Overall, it has made managing my work expenses much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Brex's easy-to-use interface, which makes it an attractive choice for handling corporate finances. The platform's intuitive design allows for smooth navigation and efficient operations. I'm impressed by the onboarding team, as they made the setup process straightforward and assisted with integration into our existing systems, ensuring a seamless implementation. The corporate cards provided by Brex enable faster payments and improve invoice processing, significantly benefitting our accounts payable and purchasing operations. I also value the easy integration with QuickBooks Online, which simplifies our financial management process. Brex’s overall functionality and supportive team make it an indispensable tool for our business, allowing us to handle tasks efficiently and effortlessly. Furthermore, my high recommendation rating showcases my satisfaction and confidence in Brex as a reliable financial partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the software or service somewhat limited in terms of integration with more software or ERPs, particularly in industries like hospitals and healthcare. There seems to be a gap in accommodating specific industry needs, such as integration with EMP for hospitals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Brex helps us make faster payments and streamline invoice processing, which benefits our operations, accounts payable, and purchasing processes.

No dislikes at all very easy to use no complaints

Up to date info on spend, that way you can catch any fraud as soon as it happens and take action.
Intuitive, Fast, and Efficient Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Brex is very easy to use from the app, especially how quickly it loads information. I appreciate being able to easily manage expense documents, helping to maintain control and organization in an environment with many departments. The technology that Brex handles is very good and efficient.

Brex helps me keep everything organized in the company, especially with expense control by departments, allowing receipts to be easily uploaded for finance to review and pay.
Exceptional Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the app, along with its ability to remember my previous inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy with how long it takes to receive reimbursements through Brex.

Great app for managing and tracking expenses

Simple UI, detailed tracking, and instant approval

Nothing that I could think of. The app seems to fit all of my uses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses and tracking my spending. Instantly getting the expenses approved helped the cash flow both from my perspective as well as my organisation's perspective.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. It’s intuitive. It allows us to manage the spend of over 100 employees smoothly. I also like that the software is evolving as our needs evolve. This keeps us on the cutting edge of spending technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any issues with the Brex software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes submitting credit card receipts and employee reimbursements easy. The software is intuitive. I was able to link my personal bank account information, and now the reimbursements happen quickly via ACH.
Super seamless and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The app is extremely easy to use, with an intuitive user interface that makes navigation simple. Integration with Apple Pay works seamlessly, and the onboarding process stands out as one of the best I have experienced. I found it straightforward to explore and access all the available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always on the Brex Mobile app. At times, I look for a report that would give me the spending totals for a week/month. Which doesn't seem to be available on the app. But I'm sure they're working on something already
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Brex for all my corporate travel expenses, and it has made the payment process incredibly fast—I've never needed more than a minute to pay for anything. The integration features are also outstanding and work seamlessly.
Excellent experience as we scale up
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been awesome from the day we started using it - we got the account setup and going literally overnight. We use it daily and the user experience is outstanding and allows me to accomplish 99% of tasks without needing to contact the customer support team. On the few occasions when I needed to update information, such as KYC details, the process with customer support was very quick and I managed to do everything without a single phone call.
Features like good QB Online integration and the ability to create cards instantly are especially helpful as we slowly scale. As a scrappy startup with very limited resources, the seamlessness of Brex has been extremely valuable for us. I should also mention that we handle both inbound and outbound international payments, and Brex has been outstanding in this area compared to other major bank accounts. I truly cannot emphasize this enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a dislike, as I don't have any major complaints, but I do see a significant shortcoming that seems common to almost every business bank account. Since we conduct many transactions in euros, the inability to hold funds in a currency other than US dollars is a real problem, especially as the value of the USD declines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Managing corporate expenses - its easy to get an overall picture of our finances daily.
2. Managing team members - its quick to issue both general and specific expense cards and track them daily. The automatic limit adjustments help a lot here.
3. Managing international payments - Brex is literally the best bank transfer system I have used in any US bank. Its easy and incredibly efficient.
