Super Easy to Use with a Beautiful, Intuitive Design

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, and the app looks amazing. It’s also really intuitive, so everything feels straightforward from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but if I had to name something...I’m not a big fan of having two sidebars, but you get used to it pretty fast, not a deal breaker at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an account and sending money or making payments is really straightforward.

Simple to Use, Easy Receipt Submissions

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use! I love the text feature and how easy it is to submit receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sends you a text immediately after a charge which helps remind you to send in receipts. It helps by not having to hold on to receipts forever

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Brex for its user-friendly and straightforward interface, which makes managing corporate small amount purchases easier. It offers an easy reconcile process that saves time compared to the traditional PO process. Setting up Brex was smooth and hassle-free.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use and manage all Brex card expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Brex is the Bill Pay setup, that does not allow to select the AP liability account from the ERP system to sync bills

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to submit reimbursements, I have never had any pushback on getting a reimbursement
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is turn-times can be a few weeks before a reimbursement is processed

I am able to book business travel trips very easily through Brex

Brex Simplifies Expense Reporting Exceptionally

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience Brex offers, whether I'm on the road, at home, or in my office. It's so handy to resolve expenses quickly, ensuring the company is aware of where the money is being spent and that I'm being financially responsible. The system is easy to set up; it was very easy to get my name and payment account set up without any errors. Compared to other systems I've encountered, it's one of the simpler ones and much faster to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there's no system for rewards integration. It's not that big of a deal to me, but having the ability to connect with reward systems of rental car companies, airlines, or hotels would be a very nice feature to add. It could even improve the offerings that Brex has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex quickly updates my expenses, reducing forgotten entries. The app's connectivity with the Brex card streamlines adding receipts, ensuring accounts payable is current. It's simple and keeps everything organized without misplaced receipts.

Facilitate the Financial Management of Our Startup

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Brex. I can upload my suppliers' invoices and manage the items without complications, which makes my life much easier. Additionally, I can create invoices or receipts for my clients and send them directly to their email, saving me time by not having to use another platform to do it. This is very valuable to me, as it saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super easy; we were able to link the previous account and see how much money we have in total. Brex is super fast and doesn't charge usage fees, which is great. I definitely recommend it, in fact, I have already recommended it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the invoices side, I can't send the invoice to multiple emails, or I haven't figured out how to send it to multiple emails; I only send it to one person. I would like to be able to send it to more people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex as an excellent online bank without fees, fast and efficient. It makes business life much easier by paying bills and suppliers, receiving money, and sending invoices directly, saving valuable time.

Fast, Simple, and Effective for Managing Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex is fast and simple, and I appreciate how they distribute cards for employees. It's convenient having one credit card for all different types of expenses. Switching from Ramp, which required a different credit card for each expense type, to Brex has been a positive change because of this simplification. The initial setup was quite easy; I just logged in with my work Google account, and everything was already set up, so that was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing's come up so far.

Brex helps me handle all work-related expenses and allows me to submit my work.

Intuitive and reliable App for Business Expenses—Everything You Need in a Few Clicks

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, has a good app and the overall experience is what I expect for a business expenses card. I really like the app, it has all the features correctly available without to many clicks. The main feautures you use are very easy to find (historic of expenses, consumed budget, user info etc.).
I like the fact also that to log in and access the services, you dont have to go through 20 different steps (like amex). It is more intuitive than Amex by far, things like knowing your expenses or if you need to lock the card or request chat assistance are available directly and very fast.
It reminds me of the experience of Kraken exchange and a little bit like Revolut (two "financial" apps that I think are also spot on with the usability and ease to use for the everyday user). I have not used the tasks or travel features, but looks like the functionalities on those will also be on par
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I like the app, if I where to point something, I would like some more:

Analytics kind of features. Like, receiving an email end of the month to see what have you expensed. Sometimes it is good just to review that the expenses are professional and that you have not made a personal expense by mistake.

A bit of dashboarding (similar to "manage your expenses in revolut"), where basically you can see an aggregation of where and which kind of categories have you made over a period of time

Something more far fetched but that could be nice to have. Usually I use the card mostly when travelling for work, something that could be really nice is having a feature where you say where you are (city, hotel etc.) and gives you quick tips/recommendations (not add based) of where to go for lunch, or which things can you do on your free time while on the business trip. Something that could make me want to open the app when I am travelling to get usefull insights for my trip. Might be a wide area, but overall, having something that makes Brex more connected with the user on their travels (which in my case is the times I use the card the most). Right now I feel Brex is a very spot on solution to manage my payments while travelling, but I feel that the same team can also deliver further capabilities that enhance even further the experience of travelling for work or using the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to travel for work, and I dont want to have my personal card and then have to submit all expenses with all the bureocrazy until I get my money back. Brex, in that sense, saves me lots of administrative time because I can just use it and know that even in the corner cases (lost card, require bigger limit etc.) I can solve them directly from my app. I also like that not even once did I have a problem or an issue that I had to spend time on solving, the app and features are well designed in a way that I can forget about the financial aspect of my business travels: only thing I need to do is having my brex card or use nfc

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been wonderful for our team because it offers multiple options for issuing credit cards, setting up cost centers, and handling accounting, all built in. Brex customer support is truly wonderful and quick to work with and overall super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex has few limitations; however, the main downside for me is the points-to-dollar ratio when redeeming points for value.

Brex helps solve a common challenge for small startups that need a quick, easy way to get started with banking. As a startup, we found it very straightforward to use their products, and the overall experience was hassle-free.
