What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement with multiple cardholders
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment on due date is balance due. Hard to plan for in accounts payable.

Brex is a great option!
What do you like best about the product?
The Brex credit card management software is by far the best we've ever used in our corporation. It has streamlined our expense processes and increased efficiency significantly. Brex customer support has been very attentive and responsive in addressing any questions or concerns that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few disadvantages to using Brex. They are always evolving to include new features requested by clients. Our biggest challenge so far has been completing the onboarding for our less tech-savy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with our cardholders not submitting receipts and identifying the correct catagory or classification for their expense reports. It would take me weeks to get all the information I needed to complete they monthly reporting. Brex provides real time reporting for both submitting necessary documentation as well as facilitating communication between the accounting department and our credit card users.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user friendliness and ease of use in our reconcilation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I've come across in my experience is the lack of explanation when we receive export errors in the system. We receive very timely responses from support on these errors, but it would be helpful to receive the description when the error occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has been very effective in managing our growing population of employees and the increasing transactions that go along with an expanding company.
Has 95% of functionality that we would want, but significantly better than previous system.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, easy to use app, free physical cards, great support, very easy to pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to set unlimited budgets, inability to change billing entity after spend occurs like you can change expense category or gl line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management for the firm. Very good at giving our team visibility into expenses on a real-time basis and increasing compliance management compared to competitors. Also price wise was a benefit compared to previous major credit card provider we utilized.
Off to a rocky start due to software speed and capabilities however, the Brex Team has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
While I am sure Brex has many functionalities that work wonders for other companaies, some of the functionalities more useful to our company are not up to par as of yet. At this time I cannot say there is anything I like best about Brex, even on a noncomparision to another software level. I also, on a personal level as an admin, would like to be able to approve expenses on a report basis versus by single expense. There are ways to filter to get it condensed however, it is too many steps and once you go from that screen to another you have to filter all over again, each time. I do like that it is fairly easy to use on a daily basis and the Brex Team listens to our concerns and includes us in their process to help make Brex a more functional user friendly product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Brex is that when changes are made within the software we are not informed of theses changes until the change has already been made - sometimes weeks after - and by this time we have had to reach out or basically figure out the change for ourselves. The reason I dislike this is because when have instructions specific to tasks for our Team Members within Brex and then we are bombarded with why the instructions they are following are not working for them anymore. The least helpful about Brex is the filters set up, one not being able to filter and get a cumlative total of a category without sending to an excel file and removing other expenses to get the total I need. The app does not have many functions as the desktop version and almost all of our Team Members rely on the app. Also from the intergration side we are seeing another companies coding in Brex, which causes our employees to code incorrect and Brex has yet to find a solution to get those removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that it may be solving issues on our reporting side to which I am not to familiar with in my position. I do hear good things about the Brex reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is really easy to use and combines banking + credit cards into one sigle platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! We are a happy Brex customer.

Brex is our single solution for banking and credit cards. All under one roof.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency in processing and managing expenses, ease of uploading and approving receipts, ease of managing budgets for different departments and/or individuals, ease of syncing with our accounting software, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ACH payments to vendors would happen the same day vs. 1 day lag.

Controlling expense spend and monitoring cash flow at our different operations.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and easy to add cards for the team. It works well internationally and we appreciate the rewards we earn for using our cards for corporate spend. Adding receipts via their app is simple as is their website. Transferring funds via wire are quick and we get almost instant credit for our check deposit uploads. Integrates well into our GL.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lot of features that we don't use right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to make purchases and deposit checks from clients. We also earn a good amount of interest on our balance much easier than at our other bank.

Brex is addressing pain points in corporate financial management by offering streamlined expense management, simplified credit solutions, and enhanced rewards programs. As a result, businesses can better manage their finances, optimize spending, and access tailored financial products, ultimately benefiting from improved efficiency and cost savings.
Brex is very user friendly, dynamic and the customer service is suburb.

Brex has helped immensely with our integration into NetSuite. Brex has also set up a meeting with me to go over other offerings that we are not currently using but may be beneficial for our company
