Brex is very easy to use in terms of corporate spending - both from an approval standpoint and how easy it is to use as a user
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex sometimes could end up sending too many reminders for the same bills and I dont think it is easy for a user to control that

Brex is solving employee spend management while keeping in transparent with a tight spending policy which is also customizable

- Ability to cap spend for groups of expenses by creating limits

What do you dislike about the product?
- Configuring categories and eligibility for new expense limits can be a chore, overall having to create separate expense limits for every type of expense becomes taxing

What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience with Brex. The platform is intuitive, support is responsive, and it’s made expense management much easier for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platform’s features are great, but it took a while to get used to the interface. A more intuitive design would really help new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easier for us to manage finances across different currencies and locations without relying on traditional banks. It’s been especially helpful for our remote team setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any major downsides with Brex. The platform has worked smoothly for our needs, and the features have delivered as expected. Of course, like any tool, it will be important to see how it scales with time and team growth, but for now, everything has been positive.

Great user friendly, easy to record expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tasks that remind me to upload a receipt or classify an expense. I get a notification every time I use the card to eliminate fraud. Ease of use. Lot of features.

Nothing yet. I have only been using the Brex card and app for 3 months.

easy to upload invoices, other software or methods require approval which can take days sometimes weeks. With my job it's important to have less people to approve and to have less time wasted

It's a very powerful platform for financial management that provides a variety of tools with no fees, making it very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't allow everyone to join. You have to be a certain sized company to qualify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great way to manage the finances of a growing, often virtual, company, providing simple ways to manage spending. And, it takes the place of bank where you can make payments quickly and easily. It's much less clumsy than a bank, not to mention much cheaper -- no fees for wiring or ACH. It's a very convenient platform that saves time and money.
