Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was straightforward to use. Website interface was perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i disliked about it was that my company stopped using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex gave me an easy way to use my Covid Stipend money and stay organized. The benefits i realized were paying bills related to working from home was a breeze and keeping track of my spending was easier than I anticipated.
Streamlined product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for my company to set up a card for me. I can add notes to itemize spending, which makes organization easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has what I need! However, it would be nice to have a quicker way to save receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a long time to get set up on a traditional credit card. Brex changed that.
Brex is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use. From integration to utilizing its features could not have found anything better. Brex provides detail information at your fingertips. Far superior to another service provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for us. Haven't found anything that we need to have added. It works great for us. Brex works great as is at least for my company. So far I have no recommendations for improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we were having to manually enter all credit card charges into NetSuite by credit card provider. By switching to Brex we have eliminated all the manual entry.
Good to great app - at times have trouble uploading receipt

Easy and convenient to use for our monthly company events.

There is nothing missing from this product at the moment.

We are making traveling and buying things for customers much easier.
I've found very easy to use my Brex card. I would certainly recommend it.

I can use it even from Argentina, where I'm located. And I can keep track of the expenses very easily.

I still consider myself a new user since I had received my Brex card three months ago. I would need more time to make an objective assessment.

I'm using my Brex card for business expenses only.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily usable with most of the online vendors in my country (Egypt)
What do you dislike about the product?
the card details were compromised a few times, but the support team was very helpful, (terminating the compromised card and issuing a new one immediately)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
receiving my home office stipend on it, and the ability to purchase all the setup using the brex card, through vendors like IKEA, AMAZON, and more.
Satisfied and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the instant purchase alerts. Sometimes, I receive a text before I have even completed the full checkout process! This allowed me to intercept a fraudulent charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Maybe it would be nice to have our company branding on the card?

I like that I can manage the card so easily on the dashboard. I like that I can make very easy limit adjustments based on our spending season, too!
Easiest way to do expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can easily email in receipts and the clarity of the dashboard. Brex is streamlined, fast and so much better than other expense management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to link refunds to the original purchase to avoid getting emails about missing receipts. I know the importance of security but it's also annoying to log in so many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses, putting charges on a company credit card. No benefits for me perosonally.
Vey easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It works just like a credit card. No muss, no fuss and it automatically gets communicated to corporate. No more reports that I need to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think if anything I dislike. Well, the only thing is the reminders to fill in the memo columns or provide receipts but that's not Brex's fault.

Avoid expense account, reimbursing employees, tracking info.
