Seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
Good tech integrations, it has good functionality and I use it all the time

Rewards are just okay, I wish it plugged into AMEX for the points

Manage expenses for a fast growing company. It's saved us a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been very flexible in getting us off the ground with an employee credit card and expense management system. Reasonably easy to use for employees and lots of options for virtual cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end setup (connecting to QBO) is good, but we've run into some issues re accessing card numbers if you're not the card creator (for cards that are tied to shared projects, for example). Easy to get around w/ a shared spreadsheet or something, but not as secure as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving each employee a card and having them add the app to their phones has helped us take care of most of our receipt-collection/classification needs. Employees use it!

Sometimes not accepted at certain gas stations

Ersatz bank
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing about it is any better than a regular bank, in fact most things are worse. If you're considering Brex, use a good regional bank instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex is fairly inflexible. They offer some interesting features but overall they are much worse than a standard bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has not solved any problems for me, and I am closing my account.
Bad support. Poor time to respond. International wire trasfer to LATAM not works.

The give more problems than solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in LATAM or need wire transfers outside USA, NOT IS YOU SOLUTION! And will have more problems that solutions.

Customer service, bad experience with onboarding.

Unfortunately can't test enough. Brex cut our account with no reasons

Should be more respectful with customers and explain reasons to shut down the account.

Most people are making online purchases so not having to get them a physical card is really nice. Also not having to approve expenses because they have a card.

When I have to do last minute copy's or purchases And I have forgotten my card at home I can access my virtual card easily.

It's easy to keep up with what the card is being used for.. it gives you a memo and a picture of purchase

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use stands out, with both the web and mobile app interfaces being excellent. There are no fees or hidden costs, which is a major advantage. This is a great alternative to traditional, expensive brick-and-mortar business banks. Depositing checks is very straightforward, and managing business credit cards and expense controls is also simple and user-friendly. I love the free international wire transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, depositing checks can take longer than expected. Currently, there is no support for multiple currencies—only USD is available. Additionally, there is no Zapier trigger for new charges or deposits on the account.

Business banking services cover a range of needs, including managing business expenses, handling credit cards, processing vendor payments, and facilitating international transfers.
