Love the banking app
What do you like best about the product?
Having a digital and in person card. Being able to long press my card number for easy online checkout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to pay other credit cards from my brex account. It means I transfer funds to my personal account to then pay the card which makes my record keeping messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a business account as a super small business. The points/ rewards system that I can use as I grow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have another business banking account to transfer funds to in order to pay credit cards.

Disgusting elitist business practices
What do you like best about the product?
The awful way they treated the users who weren't "high" value was disgusting and it's horrible the way they put us down and made it harder for us to get new business accounts elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not happy with the vagueness of what they do or how the review fraud activity on the account, also they didn't protect me at all, the store that it was used at is not typical of me, so they had no business approving the charge through, and then told me it could take up to 30 business days for my money to get back? luckily it came back quickly but that is not standard in the industry. They also are not reporting my payments to NAV and others.

Easy to open a bank account and issue credit card
They respond immediately, even outside of normal hours a respond is sent via email to follow-up.😁

Easy to sign up, employees love it and great rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface; quickly add employees and set limits. Cash application and bill pay offer no fees. Rewards levels are great. Like how Brex keeps coming out with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more work on reporting and would like to assign different departments for some charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted to move away from expensify and the reimbursement and approval process. Save us a lot of time and made employees happy not to have to fill out cumbersome reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has helped keep my business in financial heaven, staying on course. No matter the expense, the system asks for you to upload receipts that come tax time, making for a happy accountant. It also integrates with Quickbooks, which is a significant plus. With Brex, business owners no longer have to waste unnecessary time sorting out financials; they take care of that for you. Brex provides you with both physical and virtual cards. You can also create virtual cards for your employees, assign credit limit which all helps keep everything dialed in correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is not knowing about Brex earlier on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping track of receipts a lot easier now. After certain transactions, Brex will send a text asking you to take a photo of your receipt and upload it.

Our company mainly uses Brex to issue credit cards to the employees. We are a new company in the US and we don't have enough credit history yet. Brex makes it possible to issue credit cards to employees (even though it's not actually credit)

For our usecase we haven't encountered as disadvantages yet.

As I mentioned before, it solves the problem of record keeping of cash flow for us.
Excellent business account that's very easy to use, with lots of features and benefits, and no fees

Brex has excellent cashback rewards and benefits (including cell phone insurance). I also really like the ability to send payments without any fees.

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is there isn't the ability to sync my account with mint.com.
