Brex is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it very easy to keep track of all my company's purchases. Not only can I easily upload receipts and explain the reason for each purchase, I am sent reminders for any charges that may go unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great - really no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily keep track of all my purchases, and it makes me a more organized person.

Great for Businesses to Excel!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex gives customers a way to manage payroll and both trivial and large expenses whether that be with their cash account or their credit account available for businesses. They have great rewards for adding or purchasing software through them, for example a $200 bonus with payroll or discounts on finance management.
The rewards are beyond great, up to 7x with travel and going down to as low as 1x back on everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of points given to the transportation industry since they don't categorize fuel as a travel bonus aside from that they have great software from their websites to their mobile application and even customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex lets me manage payroll as if it were like watching Netflix. I can do it within seconds, transfer funds, etc. and have everything rolling within 3 minutes. It saves me time and money, with no fees and rewards undeniably great!
Super easy - the ease of use refresh needed by FinTech.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very easy to use. The communication of all the actions is very straightforward and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of brick and mortar is a mental hurdle to get over. Additionally, it took a few days to get up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Banking, plain and simple. We're making sure we can store our money and retrieve it. We are paying our vendors with Brex. We're cashing checks with them and depositing money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need in-person support, stay away. If you wish banks were more tech-savvy, come here.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use to company card & has features I would want.

I haven't run into any negatives. So not much to say here.

I really enjoy the virtual, physical card option. The card arrived promptly. Great Product!

Realized the benefit of issuing a card quickly due to the virtual credit card. This solves a problem being a remote startup with things that are ever-changing.

Fantastic way for businesses to use corporate cards
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have both an online and physical card. Also, accessing both cards is very easy- it said the physical card wouldnt come for 10 days but it came in half that time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is that the location of the card billing address is not intuitive to find on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the problems being solved are an easy way to distribute company cards to employees. In these unprecedented times, it makes doing so in a remote setting so much easier.
Excellent Customer Benefits & Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The points program is exceptional - would be hard to find a better option on the market! And the customer service is great - dedicated reps always respond to my questions incredibly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing! I don't have any issues with the card nor the customer support.

Brex makes it particularly easy to allocate expenses. As a startup with low headcount, saving that time makes a big difference to the whole team!
One stop "worryfree" shop for all your business credit requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Brex onboarding is super easy. To get full business credit, they obviously need to complete a background check, but they give you an initial spend amount that's meaningful and certainly assures you of a favorable outcome in the future
