Brex - Flexibility and Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Brex categorizes expenses and plugs into our accounting system

I wish Brex would auto filter instead of us having to tag things

Convenience of accounting: no longer need complex accounts payable system

Management of digital cards is simple and makes it easy for us to distribute cards to our team and manage them effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any complaints about the service. Overall since we are a fully remote company, virtual cards make life easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Brex to provide company cards to all team members and keep track of their expenses. The primary benefit is the ease of use and keeping track of cards for our whole teal.
It's great with one challenge.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can assign people in my company a card and give it a limit. I really like how I can make new cards for different things. I like how I can review where the money is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time I tried Depositing a check, it couldn't read it. It didn't send me an email saying it was denied or anything. I had to call them to find out what had happened to my money. I waited two days only to find out I needed to submit it again then wait another two days. They say the problem is solved, but I haven't had time to submit a check then wait around two days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to open up another bank account to give a team a card to work with. I can feel confident that my team has money on hand to get the job done, but I don't have to worry about them spending everything.
Easy and Convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and convenient to use! Easy to upload receipts and take notes on what the purchase was for. All purchases show up instantly too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, you can't connect multiple cards into one account.

My Experience with Brex!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friend - I would also say the support that I've received upon reaching out has always been helpful as well as speedy!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like (which have been widely resolved when brought to Brex's attention) is there seems to be some issues that occur with blocked charges which seem, to happen randomly and/or with little to no explanation (particularly unhelpful when trying to avoid similar issues in the future).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are trying to solve are the typical problems as it pertains to administering and managing expense cards for individual employees of a company. The benefits we have realized are really just the typical benefits with using a helpful tool like Brex, i.e., ease of use, good support, nice UI!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research with other companies (of course, as anyone should be doing anyway when scoping out tools) to ensure one's understanding of the product fully!

What do you like best about the product?
The Brex app is intuitive and easy to use.

Sometimes when I review receipt pictures I've taken in the app, I'm unsure if my image has captured what I intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Brex app allows me to easily upload receipt photos needed to complete my expense reports in a timely manner.
Bank without the nuances of a bank!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is the most convenient platform, it has the most cutting-edge technology used, and the two-factor authentication makes it safe no matter where you are! Smokes the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to make multi-currency payments.

I have solved my ability to bank on the go

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, ease of use, and support. Brex enables seamless communication between end-user and the finance department on your daily corporate spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally had cases the card did not go through validation for the USA, but that was more on the recepient side, due to the old legacy validation pages and methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business daily operational spend—multiple card management, business trip expenses, and accounting. From the benefits realised mostly is electronic submission of the documents together with ease of management of all related processes.
Brex's Consistent Seamless Purchase and Settlement Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is convenient! The virtual card details are conveniently saved in my mobile phone/computer and so it's ready to use whenever I need to make purchase. Once I've made a purchase, I just need to send the official receipt to a designated email address of Brex and they match the receipt with my outstanding transactions, so it gets settled with our company the soonest and my available balance is refreshed immediately. I've never experienced any downtime or any sort of inconvenience using these in all of purchases I've made so far! Also there is no personal applications/guarantee required as the Brex card is given to qualified startup companies like where I am working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Brex's features. If any, I am curious how does it work in physical store purchases because I haven't tried yet and Brex is way to cool being virtual, I am not sure if the store cashiers in my location (Philippines) are already familiar on how to transact via a virtual card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As convenient as it is having the details saved in my phone/email in laptop - I am curious how Brex would ensure security of card details to prevent fraud - well, I believe this definitely lies to how the cardholder takes care of the security of virtual card details on mobile phones/possibly in cloud. I am just curious about the data security aspect, but I dont have any problems with Brex using it. This is definitely more of benefits - not having to bring a physical card with you and you just need to check and input the details whenever making online payments. I also noticed that there are no interest that accumulates because payment gets debited from my company's account upon upload and match of official receipt. Very convenient for employees! :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working in a company that is qualified for Brex, I suggest that you seek from your Finance/Company to organize this for you especially if you have work-related benefits and expenses that you need to pay for from time to time. Brex will conveniently make online purchase for you, and settle payments immediately as long as you provide the official receipts to Brex. There is no interest that will accumulate, no annual fees and no requirement for personal guarantee application as the card holder. Coming from a traditional country that commonly sees physical cards, Brex being a virtual card is so cool and hoping this becomes a method of payment by more companies globally
