Excellent organizational practices of capturing expense reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and accessibility. Instantly update expenses and provide detailed information for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Brex doesn't account for lodging expenses as taking a longer time to post and provide accurate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only approved expenses with sufficient information are captured and approved for company disbursement. Expenses that are evaluated as unnecessary or outside of guidelines are not approved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great utility for companies to track, monitor, and enforce policies regarding expenses. I love the versatility the app provides as well.

Brex makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
the fact i dont have to do a complicated expense report when purchasing items for the business
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, its simple to use! The system also sends me reminders when i have transactions that need review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time doing the same process twice! The collaboration of managers being able to see and review charges in real-time is excellent.
Easy and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
I have a virtual Brex card and a physical Brex card. It allows me to keep purchases organized and all my receipts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. It is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is an issue, I don't have to sit through 20 different phone prompts and menus. Brex has reps who are immediately responsive. With the Brex card being used across the organization, it's easy to see who is purchasing what and categorize per Department

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is flexible, and I love its iOS app. For me, the most important feature is that it allows the company to set limits for my card to spend, and so we don't have to submit expenses anymore as I can pay for my food with the card without worrying about expensing it afterwards.

I like everything about Brex. No complains

The company is using Brex to track expenses and to make sure that employees have their food expensed.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for an online banking tool that goes above and beyond, look no further! Brex makes running my business easier by pairing our company cards with our cash account, allowing me to manage team expenses in real-time with up-to-date limits or holds. Brex also is always expanding their platform, making the user experience better and better.

There is nothing that I don't love about Brex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the expense category, you can filter expenses by the memo. So if you are traveling for a Client, just put the Clients name as the memo, and at the end of the trip, you can export all the travel expenses from any user card that belongs to that client's travel. Making reporting a breeze!
BREX Makes Expensing SO EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use BREX on my desktop or as an app on my phone - it makes it accessible if I'm at my desk or running around the city doing work!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that every 30 days it logs you out of your account and you need to go throught several security steps to get back in. Kind of annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's easy to upload my receipts and add comments. I also like that it doesn't try to "read" your receipts and try to electronically analyze the costs and add it automatically. Another company I used did this and it was so annoying because it was never acurate!

I like that it's easy to use and I can manage my transactions.

I can't use it as an actual card or on my phone because there is no virtual wallet that is safe to add it to. In Serbia, we can only use apple pay but I am an android user. Google pay is not available in my country so I can't use the card unless I am paying something online.
Another one is that one of the most popular apps for food delivery in Serbia, Glovo (app name) does not support Brex anymore and it did up until recently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex was a company card provided to me, the benefits are that I can pay for my lunch online and easily add a receipt to the transaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're from Serbia using apple pay would help a lot.

The ease of access between virtual and physical cards. User friendly platform to monitor transactions. Easy to attain reports for various periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while to correct an error say a double transaction but not sure if this is with Brex UI or vendor side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travelling for work has never been so much easier. Brex allows me to keep record of all my finances and being able to upload receipts immediately means I won't forget what I spent where!
