Exceptional Card
What do you like best about the product?
The transaction notifications and Receipt photo confirmations
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comments about the card so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before have a transaction notification with in minutes of a transaction is beneficial.
Easy and accessible

I can make easy deposits. Brex is secure.

Can't withdraw cash from ATM's when I need it.

There are many services that brex offer. Great bank to use for you business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple to get started, and easy to use on a regular basis. Plus the offers and cashback are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support wasn't super helpful the one time I used them, but they were pretty responsive in any case.

Easy finance management for the team at a startup!
Brex is a solid card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of great partnerships that are useful for us. Also the flexibility of online and issuing temporary numbers to consultants .
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that we can't run any balance and have to pay each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A flexible card with benefits that are usefulf for startups uniquely. We have taken advantages of the deals they have and immediately started using the card.
Great for Start Ups
What do you like best about the product?
The reward points you earn with each purchase are unmatched! I am getting ready to integrate QuickBooks soon and will use the accumulated points to help cover some of the costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any reservations with Brex. The app and website operate well and offer secure ways to make purchases from your virtual wallet. I would like to see a trial of the premium offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope to build credibility for my business and get offers that will help me scale some of my back-office functions. I have realized that Brex has made a business account focused on helping you grow, giving access to Saas products and affordable payroll solutions.
Absolutely appreciate the opportunity to open up a credit line while building positive reporting.

Easy money mangent tools,convenience and reliable sources of information on business spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't get the credit card and credit line funded instead of pay as you go.

Connecting accounts to utilize Bill payment and credit reporting.
Good for Start ups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to link the accounts with various platforms to get your payments. And to be able to conduct business with your account very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I haven't found anything that I dislike about the product.

The need for startups to have an active banking account without dispositing a lot of money to get up and going.
Brex is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to deploy, and allows the company to cover its expenses instead of unfairly expecting employees to finance our business expenses from their pocket and then wait for reimbursement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to get approved. We had to wait what seemed like an excessive amount of time to get approved on the platform. Once we got going it was smooth sailing, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is employee trust. instead of worrying about getting reimbursed, we trust our employees to pay for their business expenses directly and not have to wait to get their money back. This instills much more trust in the organization when employees don't have to wonder when they will be paid back.
Absolute Best Banking and Credit Card platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
The ease, transparency, and lack of fees associated with banking and credit card use. Brex makes it incredibly easy to send ACH and Wire transfers, and does so without fees. Their virtual cards are easy to use and have great rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always available to link with certain products (i.e. paypal, other tools) that support larger banks. More of an annoyance having to manually verify then an actual problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our banking has become significantly more streamlined, and the cost of doing wires has decreased substantially. The virtual card flexibility and rewards structure has been a great help as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give Brex a shot, I have yet to find a banking and credit partner that is in their league.
Great for new start-up

The ease of the app and software. It's easy to use and pretty self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes for money to transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business banking. I am brand new to this so Brex has been quite beneficial.
