Loved Brex! It was amazing! So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the simplicity of the UI! And the fact that our expenses reporting gets much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The upper limit, haha, a joke - Nothing much to dislike TBH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reimbursement of business expenses used to take a lot of time. This is much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love it - Use it! It changes the entire Expense Reporting mechanism in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has all the tools you need to do the bookkeeping and receipt management for the team all linked into one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Perhaps one day they'll have a separate account functionality that shows which subscription services are hitting the card each month?

Just expense management for now!

Control of credit card usage by many users.

Big Fan, super easy - amazing text functionality where you can auto attach receipts

- The text message functionality where I can snap a picture of a receipt

- Hmm there is now way to auto-filter photos if the lighting is too dark

Just business expenses, pretty simple
It's easy to use and submitting proof of receipts are also easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that anytime I make a transaction, I receive a notification to hurry up and submit my receipt. I also don't have to download any ap, I can use the web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to enter a 6 digit security code every time I login and lately, I have to do a double security check using my work email because the web browser doesn't recognize my IP address. It's too many steps. Also, sometimes when I make a transaction it doesn't appear automatically for me to upload my receipts.

None at the moment.

Straightforward, Digital-friendly credit card
What do you like best about the product?
1) Easy to upload receipts -- can have it text you after retail expenses, and then just text back a photo of the receipt, can email receipts from your email and they auto-attach, can easily drag and drop when you're viewing the statement online.

What do you dislike about the product?
Don't yet have a good expense reimbursement solution (we use Expensify, but it would be nice to switch everything to Brex)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage and track a lot of different spending in our startup, by enabling us to give separate cards to people with spending authority and having them attach receipts to all Brex expenses. We end up reimbursing a lot less and having a much clearer handle on spending categories
Perfect solution for the Entrepreneur - the Card that Grows With You
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of reporting and tracking tools - very customizable to both budget tools like Quickbooks as well as linking with bank accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this writing I have had Brex for over 2 years, and I don't have any major problems with the card or their service. Prolonged periods of inactive use could force you to relink to bank/budget tools, but that's not a big deal.

Segmented business expenses from philanthropic work is a breeze with Brex. Allows better reporting for audit purposes.
