Brex and Field Logistics for Research
What do you like best about the product?
The monthly limit allowed for good financial planning and usage while conducting field research. I was also able to use it in a foreign land - in Africa ( to even buy fuel from Filipe stations). That was very handy when I had run out of physical cash
What do you dislike about the product?
That I do not have a password - I am afraid that if someone steals it they can just use it. I wish I could verify a transaction on my iPhone ( e.g. scan my face)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not having any problems with Brex now. I once had an issue that was resolved immediately by the Brex tech team.
The benefits are that I do not have to request for a cash advance from my organization when am going to conduct research in the field or in a foreign land. All I have to do is use my Brex card and submit my expenses which my supervisor will review.

Just try it. The card looks really fancy and the support team are very handy and they listen

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so smooth. I like that when I have a transaction the banner comes up top without me having to go to the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I get an email from Brex and hit the link in the email it takes me to a browser first and not the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have literally saved hours each month not filling out expense reports on an excel spreadsheet.
Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use my app to add reciepts.

Nothing - I like this app and program. Much easier than previous ones that I have used in the past.

Time management. I finish with expense-related reporting in moments.
The first company card I don't hate!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is super user friendly. I love that the UI is clean and simple. The feature I love most is that there's text message notifications. You can reply directly to them to upload receipts and memos without opening the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I disliked yet. Overall my experience has been pleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps us reduce back-and-forth for expense reports. It's all in one place. I don't have to remember to send an expense report every time I use the card. I just use it, get a notification that the card was used, reply with a picture of my receipt, and bam I'm finished!

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to easily link quickbooks and the various tools I need for my ecommerce seller account. I also like the ability to give my team their own company card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to link my eBay business seller account. I also dislike not being able to withdraw cash from an ATM or cash back with purchases. It also takes cash to run a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to accept credit cards for face to face sales. After linking my QuickBooks money account. This will create more sales for my small business.
Improving the lives of accountants
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent mapping of expense accounts, excellent reporting features. I even use Brex instead of Expensify and it's far more accurate (from a mapping standpoint) and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two separate entities, and we need to log in (with 2-factor authentication for each) whenever we want to look at either of them. Bill.com has a feature where you can jump between the two entities, and it saves us a lot of time - that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced expensify, and it helps us a LOT with creating dept-specific brex cards (to ensure the correct dept is mapped as the expense goes in). It's excellent for budget to actual analysis as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. I enjoy the different features of physical purchases and virtual purchases. It's straightforward to track and record all business expenses. Also, the design of the card and the application are very nice looking and the entire team agrees. Highly recommend this product for all of your team's expenses, purchases, and billing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get confused about which card number, either my physical or virtual card number, to use for purchases. For instance, online purchases need the virtual card number, which is counterintuitive to other cards where you pull out your physical card to buy something online. Online purchases require the virtual card number, while in-person purchases require the physical card, but you can also use your apple wallet card for in-person purchases. The apple wallet version of your brex card cannot be used for your online purchases. That is why I sometimes get confused!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for my business expenses and purchases with the company I work for. I realize that it has been a great option and easy for my company to manage and track. You can upload receipts of your purchases if your company requires receipt uploads alongisde the Brex purchases. This feature ensures further validation and confirmation and helps upper management keep track of the entire team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to keep all login credentials and card credentials stored away for the record! Having your credentials, physical card number, virtual card number, and support contact information stored in one place will help you organize and keep all data safe and straight. Store away in the company folder for ease of use!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is impressive. I appreciate having a virtual card, as well as a physical card. Additionally, Brex offers excellent customer support! Reconciling expenses has never been more seamless.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike.

Purchasing without issue; Reconciliation ease saves time; Beautiful and intuitive user interface on the platform. We are definitely more productive.

The ease of using the app and adding receipts. this is also linked to a concur acct and the transition is seamless.

Seamless for work expenses
What do you like best about the product?
App is very user friendly, I also like the text reminders. Add a photo and a memo and that's it. Very helpful for someone who is extremely busy at work and wants to be able to just snap and go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I'm quite happy with it

So much time is being saved. I don't have to do an expense report every month. I just upload my photo and memo immediately after purchase and I don't have to think about it again.
