Brex is easy to use and great for small businesses

Very good credit limits
What do you like best about the product?
Very good credit limits for small businesses. Card always works - able to have both online and physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I needed to order a replacement card, it took way too long and the card never showed up so they had to send another card

Getting credit as a small business to help us scale - getting all our employees a corporate card to use

What do you like best about the product?
Set up is simple. It connects to our QBO account. Ordering new cards or canceling cards is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found a downside to using Brex yet.

Ordering cards for new employees or canceling cards for ex-employees is simple and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
Issuing credit cards is fast, and Claims are processed instantly.
Security is awesome. They blocked a suspicious purchase immediately and notified me. They were right.
Attaching invoices and memos for each item is super easy, forwarding documents to an email address or uploading a photo.

There is nothing I dislike about Brex service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company issued both physical and virtual credit cards to employees and keeps track of expenditures, and keeps documentation on one site. Everything is super fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it for your company. It will save you and your employees a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of a corporate card that does not require me, as the founder and CEO to provide a personal guarantee.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Part of the service the card program provides is to allow easy upload of receipts prompted by a purchase. To date, not I or my partner, the President of our company has been able to login into the app and upload the receipts when prompted. We have both tried multiple times to no avail and to attempt to contact someone to try and get it figured out seems cumbersome and time consuming, versus just sending a picture via text to our accountant and not using the app. By the way, we are a technology/SaaS company and I am not technology challenged, but do not have time to keep trying to use the app as designed.
2. It would be best to allow clients over time to have a credit limit associated with average bank balance, versus cutting off the card if the balance exceeds the balance in our account. How does a customer of Brex, become credit worthy, versus this more "secured" lending process?

Corporate spending without a personal guarantor requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex's customer service and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create my own report in order to export directly to the google sheet I use to track. Right now exporting a report in a CSV or Excel sheet is less helpful. Also some of the row titles are not needed for my personal reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has helped us easily keep track of our various financial spending. I think there is more I could use it for than I do today.

I really like the digital Brex card, and how seamlessly it can be used across a multitude of platforms to pay for business expenses without a physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to receive a physical Brex card for business travel

Easily pay for approved business expenses without involving the finance team.

I like that Brex is easy to use and works fast on the interface.

Sometimes the loading getting onto Brex was slower than normal.

Ease of signup and the free wires. The travel rewards are great too.

No lending or other more sophisticated banking features yet, but I'm sure they're coming.
