What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time and is easy to use their dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Withdrawing money is the only thing not super clear, but that's the only thing wrong with Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it super easy to track and earn rewards. They make it easy to have an online credit card to use for business expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of different products but Brex is by far the easiest to use. I especially like being able to text or email or upload receipts. It helps me keep up
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with receipt upload--especially by text. But it often resolves itself within minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel a lot for work and, before Brex, I was always dealing with tons of receipts and reconciliations after my trip. With Brex, it's so much easier to do this all on the go. I get home and I have zero receipts to deal with.

Brex is the best.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and straight forward signup process. CC without personal guarantee was a plus for us. Zero transaction fee domestic and international. In a year of using Brex we have only had minor issues 3 times - and all 3 times they were resolved with a simple live chat with Brex support - didn't even have to pick up the phone. We're ecstatic to have found Brex!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website asks for Multifactor Authentication every single time, even if it's on a device that was saved as trusted. It's tedious but this is really the only negative thing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits for us are international transfers with no fees (saves us hundreds every month) and the ability to have a reward program credit card as an NR alien without an SSN or ITIN.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that Brex combines easy-to-use UI with endless flexibility. Now any employee of the company can easily request and use prepaid cards to get shit done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Brex is that we didn't find it until 2021.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminated painful expense reports. Approvals on expenditures are concrete and real-time. Everyone in org can move faster to execute.
Brex makes reporting expenses very simple, removing the need to keep up with dozens of receipts

The text that is sent after completing a transaction and the ability to reply with a picture of the receipt.

N/A. I have not found any feature I dislike or any feature I wish it included.

What do you like best about the product?
The online portal works faster than any banking app I've ever used. I can also seemlessly upload receipts and associate costs with categories or events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no complaints about Brex.

Easy to adjust spending limit makes it easy for our CEO to increase my ceiling as needed. Critical for a startup.

Brex is what I need for my small business to help establish business credit and monitor expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is user-friendly. I like that it labels all my expenses electronically without having to rely on additional software. This has been beneficial to me as a start-up as my business resources were limited. Also, this has been an introduction to strictly online banking. I feel I've become acclimated with the online arena of business banking and due to Brex. As my company grows, I already see where Brex fits into that. I know I won't need to chase anyone down and investigate expenses as it's all reported and ready for my viewing from my account dashboard. I'm new to this experience for me and plan to continue as my ventures expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest disappointment was that Brex did not integrate with the invoicing services I'd chosen. However, that was not a big deal. I was able to switch service providers, and Brex fit in perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of expenses. No need for me to keep notes etc. Brex has taken care of that. I can focus on other business details that require my attention. As a startup, it's not easy to keep up with all the tasks involved in running a business. With so many hats, I can lay the charge of expenses down to rest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For secure capital, expense tracking, and building business credit, Brex is an excellent option.
