Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Without hassle, love the receipt organizing feature where I can either upload files or send the pic of the receipt through text
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the design of the card could be a little better. Doesn't have a premium look or feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have been easily managing spending across the team. Really like the feature of creating virtual cards, so that I can have a separate card for separate vendors.

Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
The simple web interface and virtual cards! Apple pay compatibility.

The plastic card gets scratched up easily.

Great solution for nonprofit agencies!
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly powerful solution for nonprofit agencies. MUCH easier than our traditional credit card tied to our brick and mortar bank.
Receipt capture is a godsend. No more lost or misplaced receipts. Ability to give multiple employees cards with different limits helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating downside is the occasional need to relink bank account, it somehow loses connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us as a nonprofit have access to full-function credit card when there is no "business owner." No need to entangle personal credit with organizational credit. Helping us streamline accounting with ability to give our CPA frim access to statements, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice. Go ahead and implement.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has greatly simplified expense management for us. It is so easy to account for spending and tag receipts. It's also super easy to administer cards for employees and make sure they are staying compliant to our policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More support for things like spot-budgets, per diem payment support and having multiple budgets for projects per employee email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management and tagging.

It gives me the control as a decision maker for my department's spends.

Brex has got to be one of the most useful products that I use - there's nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has made my life much easier. As a Marketing decision maker at my org. I need to purchase and make payments for several Digital Marketing tools and SaaS products from time-to-time. Before Brex I needed to go back to my Admin/FInance guy every time I needed to buy a new tool/service. Now I have my own card which just makes sense because the decision maker is me so the onus (incl. that of payment) should lie with me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend setting up BREX for your teams. This gives them a lot of control on expenditure.
Great credit card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to apply. It's made for startups, and they understand very well the space, especially the financials of venture-backed startups.
As for the product, I particularly like their online capabilities. You can do everything you need from the web app. I particularly like the ability to block cards, as well as generate virtual cards on the fly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our bank (First Republic) is not great. We've also had issues when making purchases in places that require PINs instead of signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows us to very easily give credit cards to our employees.
Serious businesses stay away as far as possible.We had 2 businesses using them, they failed on both.

Chat Support answers quickly (although doesn't solve much).

Would advise any entrepreneur / corporation to stay away as far as you can!
Brex has sloppy processes all over the place. Minor issues all along were visible since we signed up but we ignored them (shouldn't have). Things like erratic balance changes even though our bank accounts had maintained (or increased) in cash balances.
With millions of dollars of "proof of funds" from other bank statements and CDs, yet they still cut your credit every couple weeks. We had two business accounts for two of my separate businesses. One of my businesses even had a Brex Cash account with 10x the Brex Cash balance than the entire monthly spend on the account, yet they disabled all the cards once by accident, took us 4 days to resolve while the money was all along in the "brex cash" account.
Great that you have "Chat Support" but they cannot resolve much at all. I'm telling you it is one of the worst (if not the worst) corporate credit card companies you have ever seen and you will regret using them sooner or later.
It goes as far as actually showing fake credit limits that immediately cuts your credit even if you only spent 50% of the limit (never mind you have assets to back up 10x more than what they are "lending" to you). Plain unreliable for any serious businesses. Only startups that can't get other credit cards should ever consider which is exactly what they are after.
Like the other reviewers said, sooner or later you will regret using them, that is guaranteed. There is no way this company will ever beat AMEX, amex customer service is orders of magnitude better and gives us way more credit without any issues. I believe Brex might even fail before it can fix their already bleeding/scarred brand.

Take a picture of receipt using phone and upload. That's it. No more paperwork!

I was not able to upload receipt once and that caused some problem. This happened only once and that is a good thing.

Managing time is the key benefit of using Brex.
