Makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I can spin up a card in seconds, super helpful when running projects, that each can get their own card - or for team members for shorter trips or expenditures. Also the mastercard club benefits has been handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really got any. I'm not a big user of their travelportal yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project based spending was always a hassle.

Great service!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has excellent customer service and the user-interface online and on the app is extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that we have experienced thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to find a service for our organization that didn't require an individual having to be profiled. Brex solved that for us!
Brex provides excellent credit card services
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track what each card holder is using their card for. The allocation of the charges by type make integration into the accounting system (QB) much easier. Questions or the rare problems are quickly resolved ... by a real live person. Great rewards plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes of the Brex card or company.

Easy to use platform for payments and much more and a delightful onboarding experience

Credit cards benefits including best in class points for travel expenses, virtual cards for online transactions, business travel booking portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
Requires setting up an account, updating payment preferences for corporate accounts, but it's worth it and better than Silicon Valley Bank / Chase Business!

Credit card payments, ACH payments, cash management, business travel booking
Fixed the pain points
What do you like best about the product?
Finally, someone fixed the pain points for small organizations with multiple card holders. Namely, all prior banks insist that the Executive Director take full liability for all expenses by card holders and be the ONLY person with authority to add/change card holders or card holder limits. The ED typically had to take valuable time to call in changes, after tedious verification. An ED should be able to rely on the Finance department to take care of these time-consuming matters. BREX provides our finance dept a brilliant console, eliminating the barrier, while providing accountability for the ED to see all activity.
In addition, each cardholder has the ability to track their own expenses throughout the month, instead of waiting for statements or requiring Finance to prepare individualized reports. Turnaround on reconciliation has been dramatically shortened.
Startup was a breeze, technical support via chat has solved all of my questions within minutes.
BREX recognized all the pain points and solved them. I will never go back to the old way!

There's always the question "If you can do this, can you also do that?" I can already imagine more and better integration tools, which I know they're working on.

No hesitation on my part. Move from the traditional bank cards to BREX . See my comments why.
Credit card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get my Brex card (no personal guarantee) but what I like most is there are no annual fees and it comes with generous rewards. It doesn't hurt that their web portal is top-notch. It's very modern compared to other major credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we did not have automated synch with our accounting application (Xero) so that required extra work on my part to download CSV files and upload them into Xero, but now that has been fixed and everything is work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary suppliers bill my Brex card for materials they furnish to us and Brex's payment terms very generous which helps our cash flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a startup looking for a credit card with no personal guarantee, flexible payment schedule, and great rewards, Brex is for you.
Great enterprise Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use! I use my credit cards for work and it's very convenient to add the receipt and memo directly from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! I love it! I would recommend it to any employees that travels a lot.

It allows me to never spend my own money anymore for work trips!

Alternative to business debit card for expenses
AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
The app that allows my team to avoid filling out time-sensitive expense reports. I also really like the reporting, executive dashboard, and other tools that help me manage my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mastercard is limiting at some vendors and I feel like a switch back to Visa would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense reports and toil associated with it and eliminating the need for per diem. Brex has given me huge transparency into travel spend across teams, allows me to give discretionary budget to my employees for enablement tools to keep my headcount lower, not manage receipts with my accounting team, etc.

Get on Brex and stay on Brex. it is the best way to manage your team and expenses
Awesome Credit Card and Expense Management System geared for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual Card and Physical Card (2 different numbers linked to 1 account). All vendors and expenses for the office can be under 1 virtual card number so if the physical card gets lost there's no interruption in business.
Also, I love that you can receive a text with each purchase with the physical card. You can reply to the text with a photo of the receipt.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that oftentimes I experience issues when attaching receipts in the web version. PDFs are required and sometimes the site simply doesn't save them or they do save them but when you try and open it and review it, it's 'corrupt'.

Expense Management.. earn cashback when spending money!
