Personalized and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love Brex's customer service, love their fast response, helpful attitude and love being contacted to give feedback and product requirements we'd love to have.

Can see all transactions for all cards immediately and I can set up a new card in no time.

Should link to my email to automatically pull receipts instead of me adding them. Also login could be easier when using Apple devices

Good digital product for business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Brex in a plethora of ways, from covering office expenses to reimbursing employee perks. It's easy to use, and I've personally added it to my apple wallet so I don't have to carry another card just for business expenses. It's easy for management to increase or manage the spending limit as well. Brex facilitates work expenses. No more bulky business receipts and lengthy processing times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience could be improved. Whenever I upload a receipt by phone (text message), it's somehow applied to another expense and not as seamless as it could be. This requires me to end up logging in to the site to repeat that action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use, easy to make notes. It makes work expenses super easy.

My job requires a great deal of travel and I hated using my personal credit card for reimbursement. Using Brex credit card is the best thing ever!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the easiest company card I've ever used and reconciling receipts is a one step process!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Brex cash and the Brex Credit Card at Rillavoice.
I've had to open business bank accounts before with traditional banks. It took me about 7 trips to the bank branch, a total of 6 hours of me and my co-founder's time, and a lot of annoying paperwork.
With Brex it took me less than 5 mins.
Managing expenses with traditional bank accounts was almost impossible, because it wasn't feasible to set up spending limits even with debit cards. With Brex it's just a button.
And the fact that I get to get points just by doing our regular startup spending, and get returns on our cash while it's in the bank.
This is probably one of the best products I've used as a startup founder.

They don't have checks and don't allow international payments from some countries, which means we have to keep other bank accounts open.

Earn points on the credit card which would've otherwise just been spent by a business debit card.
Invest our cash without having to do anything instead of just leaving it sitting there without generating anything.
And most importantly. Not feel so annoyed any time I have to use an online banking portal.

Would like a detailed statement sent to my email vs. log-in to the portal

Great credit card, easy to track business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can take pictures of the receipts and add it to each charge in the app. The security features are great, where it double checks your identity through your phone and email. The fact that I can use it via Apple Pay makes it a great addition to my wallet. Strongly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see a downside of the feature the card provides. No issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I forget my card at home. When I do, I love the fact that I can retrieve my card information through the App or Website, so that I can use it electronically and safely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great, very flexible, do not need to carry your card. You can access the information easily. It is great when expensing business expenses. It allows you to add pictures of the receipts to generate a travel expense report.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to create new credit card numbers for different uses. Cash account is handy to have. Overall UX in the app and web app is enjoyable and easy to navigate. Promotions offered with their partners are compelling for startups like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their credit card works like a charge card, so can't retain balance month-to-month.

Keeping track of expenses is easy with Brex. Not worrying about charge limits month-to-month is great.
