Best option for Startups!
What do you like best about the product?
We got pre-approved of a credit card in just minutes of submitting our request. We've been using Brex as our main credit card ever since we signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I'm very satisfied with what they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making all the payments to our contractors and paying all our services using their credit card.
Finally, a modern card for current times.
What do you like best about the product?
From an end-user standpoint, I love getting the text that confirms that I used my card. Not just from a security standpoint but snapping a picture of the receipt makes it easier. I have been on an expense report for 30 years, from taping receipts to sheets and copying them to put into an envelope to mail to corporate. Brex is just easier! Love the digital card and the physical card as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if I can do this, but for smaller purchases, I don't want the text confirmation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are back to traveling, expense reports are just a pain. My receipts are easily trackable on my Brex account.

Quick payments like a regular card, used in all transactions

Some vendors (Verizon) had trouble accepting payment through Brex, seems specific to the vendor though

Brex is allowing the easy sharing of a payment solution throughout the company.

I love the ability to create cards by the department. This can be both a virtual card or a physical one.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing . I loved all features as a user.

Integartion of expenses automatically to qbo for timely close . receipts attachments. Card controls by department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an accounting user, explore all areas of Brex. If you understand, its full potential, then your month-end close will be clean and easy.
Wonderful way to get short term loan for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Get short-term loans based on your combined assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot carry a balance. All have to be repaid at the end of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having cash available.
No fees, modern UI
What do you like best about the product?
We make many payments, so we appreciate the lack of fees for any type of electronic transfer and wires. UI is loads better than most banks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to manage bills and invoices there as well. Notice they have an option to upgrade for a Bill.com-like feature but haven't yet decided if it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for cash management and payments to our vendors. Makes it pretty easy to send payments with few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using both the card, app, and logging expenses in your expense report makes Brex a total no-brainer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Are you allowed to answer nothing? 10/10 it's a great product!

Brex is super efficient and cuts my time spent filing reports in half. Not to mention, checking my card info and recent charges could not be easier. I appreciate the notifications whenever there is a new charge as well. I'm always in the know!
Very convenient, even without the plastic I can use my business card

Easy access and account creation. I like the orange detail in the border of the card, helps me find it fast in my wallet

I haven't had any bad experiences with my card so far, nothing to point here

Having the freedom to pay for services with a preapproved credit from my leadership team. The application process was also very easy
A decent enough card with a big perk
What do you like best about the product?
We qualified for AWS Activate, which was a huge surprise. Otherwise, it's been like a normal card thusfar.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike, I haven't tried the "used the card in person" feature yet but it looks useful for receipt consolidation

Our former card issuer was very obtuse and difficult to work with, Brex has been great thusfar.
Integrated spending and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The bill makes it very easy to assign and manage expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it works like one would expect a 'new' finance tool to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blends expense management/reporting directly into the financial tool. Rather than getting a bill from the cc company and trying to assign expenses/receipts, the process is integrated.
