High quality corporate card program
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is the easiest and simplest of corporate card and expensing programs that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find a dislike. Splitting hairs - but they could make recurring payments easier to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to efficiently track corporate spending, saving time and money

Simple But Modern Approach to Corporate Cards
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's so easy to use. Provisioning physical corporate cards and virtual ones is a great feature that can be managed online. No cost to use the service got us quickly in the door too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more controls around approvals and reviews for purchases. This is definitely more advanced usage, but it would be helpful for bigger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate spending, and being able to manage company purchasing was the problem we were trying to resolve.
No more paper!
What do you like best about the product?
After years of collecting receipts, tape them to paper, and write a memo, place each purchase on a laundry list, making sure the item is listed on the correct date, the Brex card eliminates the headache. I simply give them my Brex Card; I can hear the bell sound on my phone to confirm the transaction is available on my app. I take the receipt, enter the app, take a picture of the listed purchase, enter my memo, and done. No searching for receipts; no taping to paper; no long list and adding up the total. It saves me time and a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
If an item were purchased but returned/canceled, I'd like to see it removed from my board. No big deal, just saying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything organized, especially when I'm on the road. No collecting paper receipts, going back to the hotel room, and dealing with inputting into a log. It's already done with a couple of clicks!
Good Payment system for companies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have both a virtual card and a physical one
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's all pretty good. I don't like the mandatory characters on this site

Being able to share a credit line for a company as a whole

Brex is very modern and efficient. I love being able to upload my receipts by texting an image of them.

Some info, like billing ZIP, can be hard to find

We use Brex for expensing business travel.

Security, Reliability, and helpful reminders

Not a dislike but a comment: Sometimes security features slow down transactions but I am okay with this because it is keeping me safe.

Brex makes remote work even easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows me to break out individual cards for teammates. This allows our remote company to offer corporate cards to staff, but manage them in an easy and effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Brex! Their online interface is a lifesaver.

With Brex we are able to break out 1 account into multiple cards to keep track of different business charges.

Text in your receipts so that you don't have to keep up with them

Very good credit limits for small businesses. Card always works - able to have both online and physical card.

When I needed to order a replacement card, it took way too long and the card never showed up so they had to send another card

Getting credit as a small business to help us scale - getting all our employees a corporate card to use
OUR COMPANY LOVES BREX
What do you like best about the product?
Set up is simple. It connects to our QBO account. Ordering new cards or canceling cards is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found a downside to using Brex yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ordering cards for new employees or canceling cards for ex-employees is simple and quick.
