What do you like best about the product?
very easy-to-use and when I was over charged they fault for us to have it disputed.

I have not had a bad experience with using Brex.

Makes expense tracking easy
What do you like best about the product?
The phone app makes it so easy to immediately capture expense receipts without having to keep track of them or worry about losing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate expense reporting, solving the problem of users losing receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
Timely notifications, ease of adding memos and receipts, feels secure, ease of managing cards
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel portal I haven't used as much but the few times I searched for things in it it felt lacking compared to products that focus on travel. The card side set a high bar for the experience design, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of purchases, ease of payment when needed

Deploying virtual and physical cards to team members helped remove internal bottlenecks while maintaining cost controls and accountability.

The product is so sleek and easy to use. Whatever you need is just a few clicks away. Support is always there to help out and answer questions if needed.

I have separate logins for my accounts, wish I could have one log in.

Keep everything organized and in sync. Integrations are great and it gives me access to high-level finances I need to make sure everything is on track.

The thing I like most about Brex is the way they have made it easy to upload receipts and do the expense reporting

I like the tool to keep track of everyone's expenses.

Initially had a little trouble getting the cards mailed to us, but once they were in, we haven't had any issues

All team members have cards to separate all business expenses while at conferences or to travel. Everyone has limits, and the expectations are easy to set around spending.
