Hassle Free Virtual Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to use it globally as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
none experienced, cant say much for downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am remote employee and my company using Brex to reimburse my spendings. It's pretty much like a real card and for my use cases no place rejected it so far.
Easiest Corporate Card Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual card is by far the easiest feature to use and makes it simple for anytime you need to make a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I've found anything yet. If I had to find something it would be that I can't have a personal account with Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to book for both myself or when paying for events/travel for other team members or clients
Reliable company with great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The Brex customer service team is responsive and diligent in its resolutions. When it comes to day-to-day use, the website is user friendly, so submitting expenses never takes more than a couple minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took my team members' and I a long time to receive our physical cards in the mail. Mine was lost for a few weeks, but the Brex customer support team turned my experience around with free expedited shipping and personalized tracking updates from multiple staff members via email. Felt like they really cared!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex simplifies expenses for our finance team. It is easy to upload and process expenses through this system, and MasterCard is widely accepted so it reduces manual expenses.

I like the user interface. It's straightforward with ease of navigation.

The fields in the transaction history could be customizable.

To centrally manage our organization's expenses for audit and business purposes.
The most user friendly bank for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has a fantastic interface. Easy to use and sign up. I especially love the rewards section, where I get fabulous benefits for using Brex for my business payments. They update their look and feel often and hear users' feedback closely. They are surely building something users want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more roles and permissions for my team so that I can delegate more things withing the platform. For example, have team leaders issue cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to schedule payments to vendors easily and control spending on our different teams. Slack integration to upload invoices, receipts and memos works really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would have a standard bank account and a Brex account and use them jointly. Brex has a very user friendly platform and all of the functionalities are really easy to use. However, the yield on the investment part of the account is not as attractive as the one offered by Silicon Valley Bank.

Customer Services is a bit late is responding sometimes.

Easy for our payment processors to deposit into Brex. The money is deposited into brex as soon as it hits the bank.

Go for Brex. Brex comes with powerful software designed to help you automate your accounting and manage spend at scale.

I liked te flexibility of the corporate cards.

They were too slow to update transactions.

Great for small businesses who don't need something fancy.

No credit check. Easy to issue both physical and virtual cards.

No manager level access. Only user and Admin. There is also a bookkeeper access. Generally only issues Mastercard. You can get a Visa but you have to ask for it.

Better than paying out reimbursements to staff for daily purchases.

- it should be free banking but it not!!

My friend recommended this service as I could send the money for free, but in fact, they charge more than other banks. Also, I opened many cases with support and I am already waiting for weeks to get a response.
