Brex ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading and coding receipts in the App.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is notifications that vendor charges were higher than the actual charge. This can be confusing anc cause you to believe you were overcharged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor my expenses and the expenses of my staff.
Very little effort to do an expense report
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so simple under Brex, just upload the receive and the software is so smart to capture evrthing for you, like when you spent it, how much, and where. Nice!!
What do you dislike about the product?
None, everthing works perfectly. Ha ha ha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reads my uploaded receipt perfectly and get all the require data filled in automatically, love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very user friendly. I appreciate the fast reinburstments and how easy it is to log in to check the status of the reinburstment request. It gives an estimated delivery date, which in my experience I have always received it before the date listed which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Brex. I have had a positive experience using it over the past 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel reinbustment. I appreciate the fast processing time.

The ease of use and ability to upload reciepts straight from the app.

So far I have not had any negative experience with Brex.

Brex is making it easy to book flights, hotels and all travel accomodations. The app also makes it easy to upload reciepts for expense reimbursement.

The quick answer I received from the Customer Service was amazing, quite different that the other bank experience I had. I would have liked to talk with Customer Service on site when I had the issue to address the issue to my merchant/business. However, I did it, I wrote an email to the merchant/business to inform that the issue was theirs. Thanks to the feedback and support Brex provided me. Thank you! ---
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 'possible' dislike subject to mention is perhaps that Brex belong to an international bank that might, just might affect the effectiveness and reliability of being accepted outside USA without doubt or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is giving me the opportunity to group and control my professional expenses in one account. Avoiding to use my personal budget and credit cards.

What do you like best about the product?
What a great place to add alll receipts from travel expenses. Easy to take a picture of the receipts and reads everything them and adds them to your total.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload from a previous uploaded docs.

Keeps everything in one place and shows a total amount for reimbursment. I like the notifcations when approved and paying out.

Brex has been a fantastic solution for managing business finances with ease and efficiency. Their seamless platform offers intuitive expense tracking, real-time insights, and excellent rewards tailored for startups and growing companies.

The transfer time from payment date until it's deposited in the account.

The lack of traditional banking hurdles, combined with instant approvals and flexible credit limits, makes Brex stand out.

Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been one of the most user friendly platforms I have ever used and I am in Brex daily. They have made it simple and easy to set up user and deactivate them. The accounting tab is pretty straightforward for coding all expenses and the approval inbox is also straightforward. Users are able to order a card and use that card for all travel as long as they accept mastercard. It's also easy to book travel through Brex and many options are given. I also love how it shows when you are booking travel if it is an out of policy expense so employees are more conscious of their decision making when booking a flight or hotel. Receipts are easy to upload through the Brex app and the suggestions the app gives for the memo are pretty spot on as well making it easy on the users to stay in compliance. The Brex team also helps us out a lot and takes our feedback very seriously which I apprecaite. Not a lot of platforms will take your feedback seriously and try to design the platform to better suite you and other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some integration issues with Sage which has caused us to do some manual work instead of being able to upload transactions directly into Sage. I believe Brex is working on a solution or will be working on a solution to get this fixed other than that not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping me to manage employee spend and make sure they are in compliance with our T&E policy.
