Fast simple, and easy recepte collection
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are online and physical versions of my card so that I can split my transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the MFA to integrate with my authentication app but I have not looked into if this is possible yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an easy way to manage corporate expenses for our early-stage startup, I can have cards for each of my employees

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see what our members are spending on.
What do you dislike about the product?
No particular dislikes. Sometimes logging in to the dashboard could be a little janky, but otherwise great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student organization at Stanford, we had a hard time managing spending of all our members. It ranged all the way from paying for coffee chats to spending thousands of dollars on an event. Brex really made it easy to manage all these spendings.

Adding receipts in the app makes it really is to keep track.

Adding receipts should allow uploading a file (like email receipts)

What do you like best about the product?
The phone app is most helpful for tracking my spending. It's so much easier than having to log into the website every time I want to see my account/spending info.
I love the constant updates about my usage as well as the reminders when I am approaching my limit.

So far I do not have any dislikes about Brex. I have not had any issues yet.

This allows my company to better track our monthly stipend. It's controlled and easy to manage.

Continue to make your product user friendly. It's great so far!
Best app for corporate credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the real-time reminders to upload receipts to the app. From the push notification on my phone, it automatically loads the transaction and prompts me to take a photo of the receipt. Perfect for business lunches and quick purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't have all of the desktop login features, but I imagine that will be developed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is trying to be more efficient with coding and collecting receipts. The Brex app allows for photos of receipts, so we're printing less paper, and we're coding receipts immediately after purchases - very efficient to go completely digital!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brex is easy to use and quick to implement. Our staff found it to be user friendly and better for tracking receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
We have earned a ton of rewards points since May. The reward selection looks great and I can't wait to utilize some of the perks offered for the company. The virtual and physical card options were a great addition and it was very easy to get approved. Zero-interest credit was a very big highlight. The receipt texting is a phenomenal feature that saves time and headaches when looking to track expenses. My accountant will be mad that they can't charge as much for expense organization because Brex has made it very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was great, and I never missed a payment, but they pulled our credit limit because they said I went under a thresh hold that I didn't know existed. Earned a ton of points. Hoping I can still use them. I didn't like the "gotcha" feeling of waking up one day to see that our credit was completely gone when we hadn't changed anything. That is the only real flaw I see with Brex. Everything else worked very well and went smoothly with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided me a buffer and allowed me to build business credit while it lasted. This is a wonderful alternative to American Express if you don't have the established business credit to gain one at this time. It gave me peace of mind, knowing that we didn't have to accrue interest on things like rent and utility payments while still maintaining healthy balances for staff payroll.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to use Brex if you have the capital to keep it going. It is easy, zero-interest and they offer great rewards points and incentives. Building business credit is tough when you are self-financing, so companies like Brex offer a wonderful solution to entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow, or need a little be of buffer to help them reach the next level.

Always a great experience
What do you like best about the product?
That you can add notes and receipts to the transactions so easily, and that it syncs with QB!
What do you dislike about the product?
Have lost the bank connection randomly a couple of times and have to redo it every time that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International card useage for people all over the world, and it's very interactive and easy to use. WAY better than our credit card through our bank. And the perks are nice too. I also love having the option of multiple cards for different charges, such as one for subscriptions, one for office supplies, one for lawyer bills, etc.

Its simple to use, and for everyone who has a card to use also. Highly recommend.
Simple way to set up corporate card program
What do you like best about the product?
The administration for this card is dead simple. Give virtual or real cards to people, cancel, increase limits all with quick simple clicks. It is also easy to upload receipts from desktop or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
With simplicity comes some internal control issues, like no true permissioning. So it might not work for every company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from our corporate banker cards to Brex and for our limited people that need cards, it is great. Administration time has been cut to near nothing.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first the minimum balance requirements were too high for an early-stage startup however then they partnered with organizations such as Female Founders Alliance and offered a lower threshold. This enabled me to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allowed me to get a business card even prior to launch which enabled me to separate my business & personal expenses.
Brex saves time for busy R&D professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the receipt match function. It helps to have a very organized expense report at the end of each billing cycle.
They also have a really good fraud protection. I was able to block my card and stop any translations as soon as I realized my card was misplaced.

There is really nothing bad to say about the Brex card.
