Expenses made easy
What do you like best about the product?
SMS notifications, access to my cards via the app, easily readable dashboard with all my company expenses divided up by the different cards / accounts. Overall Brex is awesome! One other note, their support team is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel discounts aren't particularly special but other than that there are not any features of Brex that I do not like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manage corporate expenses all in one place for things like travel and equipment. Also managing recurring software costs that add up quickly.

The fact that you are not connected with the card to all banks and I need to use the statement process

Hope you can connect to your bank because the statement get make trouble sometimes when it comes to credit lines

Nothing yet. Everything has worked perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of setting up the entire system. From being approved, to adding users, to linking Quickbooks, it is all a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I can’t see each card’s activity separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to easily close cards and change limits.
A solution for payments with the fuss and complexity
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and straight forward. And when I have required assistance to track down a failed payment, the response was prompt with a quick resolution time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but I wish there was more sorting capability within my dashboard more me to have more customized views. But that is a minor thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us work globally with payments to get the departments the things they need to execute their roles quickly and efficiently.

Consider your options, but I feel solid about this recommendation and I do not think you will be disappointed.
Great card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to earn points, integrated with systems to auto vend new virtual cards to employees, etc. and points get valuable multiples for things we're already buying anyway.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to change. Would be nice to be able to share points out as "gifts" to my employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage easy ways for employees to buy the software and tools they need to work effectively.

Without hassle, love the receipt organizing feature where I can either upload files or send the pic of the receipt through text

Maybe the design of the card could be a little better. Doesn't have a premium look or feel.

Have been easily managing spending across the team. Really like the feature of creating virtual cards, so that I can have a separate card for separate vendors.

Incredibly powerful solution for nonprofit agencies. MUCH easier than our traditional credit card tied to our brick and mortar bank.
Receipt capture is a godsend. No more lost or misplaced receipts. Ability to give multiple employees cards with different limits helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating downside is the occasional need to relink bank account, it somehow loses connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us as a nonprofit have access to full-function credit card when there is no "business owner." No need to entangle personal credit with organizational credit. Helping us streamline accounting with ability to give our CPA frim access to statements, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has greatly simplified expense management for us. It is so easy to account for spending and tag receipts. It's also super easy to administer cards for employees and make sure they are staying compliant to our policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More support for things like spot-budgets, per diem payment support and having multiple budgets for projects per employee email.

Expense management and tagging.
