Brex: A Simplified Solution for Business Growth with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
We started working with Brex as an alternative to traditional platforms, and Brex stands out for its convenience, intuitive and functional layout, and extremely professional support team. Whenever we need assistance, their support responds immediately and always follows up afterward. Brex is a straightforward way to drive business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints about Brex; the platform meets our needs exceptionally well.

Convenience and speed in payments.

It's very easy to use, quick to open an account, support is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pushing it here, but I couldn't figure out how to have two separte company accounts run on the same app. I have an LLC with Brex account and a Delaware Corp with Brex account. But I can only use the app with one account :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My needs are simple: I need a business account with ability to create virtual cards, simple dashboards and quick response of support. All of that is done with brex.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and especially like that I can take a picture of my receipt and text it in to have it updated for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with it. The only thing I wish was different is it's a little tricky if you eat at a restaurant and leave a tip, because it flags it as not matching the transaction amount (due to the tip not coming through yet). It updates itself once the tip comes through though so it's not really a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to track my business travel expenses. I'm in sales.

I can submit my receipt for the business expense right away, rather than trying to save and organize them all month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't as intuitive as I'd like and I had one issue with my virtual card being mastercard while trying to buy gas at Costco.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had this job 6 months, traveling twice a month, gas, uber, flight, rental and all the other expenses. Each needs a receipt attached to an excel sheet each month. That was our archaic way of doing things before Brex. Now, the app prompts me and it's done instantly.

I haven't found anything I dislike about Brex yet!

This makes logging business expenses such an easy process. What used to take a giant lump of time now takes less than a minute.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my business expense card assigned by the CEO.
From issueance, signup and activation was less than 30 minutes. I was able to use my virtual card almost immediately.
I was rather impressed with how how seamless the process was.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment, however I don't mind the customization of my card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As head of People, I make a LOT of purchases and do a lot of travel, my Brex card is credited and I can close out requests faster without waiting on accounts to disburse funds.
For accounting, all they have to do is view my history and balance the books.

Great Card To Have for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Works just like any other credit card. Able to tap it for gas. Very easy to upload reciepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any down sides to using Brex. Every transaction has gone through (minus the ones I entered the wrong CVC for lol)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all our costs for clients are organized and have proof of invoices attached for reporting purposes
The UI is very easy to navigate and customer service is quick and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Upside is efficiency of time and easy to understand UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside but there could be more controls in place (optional) for users and approvals. There are some existing controls in place but additional bells and whistles would be nice.

Ease of use and managing cash flow.
