What do you like best about the product?
I have appreciated how Brex sends friendly reminders to add comments or receipts to my charges on the digital or physical Brex card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using my Brex card very long. There is not much that I have found to dislike...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and documentation in one place. User experience is relatively intuitive.

Quick and easy way to track my work expenses. I really like being able to detail what it is I am spending and efficiently communicate it to the right people in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Brex at this time. I think for a business owner or someone in sales this is a tool that can make your life so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me with the click of a few buttons to be able to track my work expenses and get my reimbursements back right away. This is a huge time saver from having to be able to fill out paperwork and wait for it to get delivered to the right person in a timely matter.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the Brex expense app for a little over 3 months and it has significantly streamlined my expense management process. Here are a few standout features:
The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Submitting expenses, categorizing them, and viewing transaction history is seamless.
I appreciate the real-time updates and notifications for transactions. It eliminates the guesswork and keeps everything transparent.
The ability to tie expenses directly to our Brex corporate card makes reconciliation faster and more accurate.
Setting spending limits, approval workflows, and policy enforcement are highly customizable, which helps me stay on top of my financial controls.

My favourite expense management and business app
What do you like best about the product?
The credit card works around the world. Their customer support is excellent. They helped me with a difficult flight cancellation. The expense management through slack and whatsapp make it very easy to keep track of what is happening. I use this app weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the travel management parts can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to managment company expense with the team and to book travel arrangements.
Brex is a very easy company to work with and very responsive, and very fast getting me their card.

They have a good product. Easy to use, implement easy. Good customer support. Great integration

I don't have any dislikes about Brex. They are great. I have no complaints and have not found anything wrong with the company

I don't have to wait around for someone else in order to buy something company related.
Great and intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use bith on the website and the mobile app. You can submit receipts easily and it extracts most of the information from the receipt for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
After submitting a request in the app you have to use the computer if you want to edit it

They are making it easy to submit expenses when we are traveling. They allow us to bill our customers faster and easier for the products we buy from local stores with the brex app

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. I'm pretty satisfied with the way it's working and laid out.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, immediate upload, love the fact that it notifies me and is integrated with Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't complain about anything at this time; haven't used it much for travel yet so excited to see how it does with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me automatically have a spend limit from my company without me having to go through an often long and inconvenient process of reimbursement

What do you like best about the product?
ease of setup and implementation in platform, ease of use and integration, and card usage features. we have used it frequently recently for our vendor payments.

nothing as such , so far. May be UI could be more intuitive and better

Issuing Corporate Credit Cards and tracking and coding of financial expenses and payments
Simple & Efficient!

It literally texts me a prompt to submit required data that autopopulates my expense report.

I have zero complaints. It meets all of my needs
