Had Brex for 2 months
What do you like best about the product?
Approving budgets before paying rather than waiting for expenses to be paid back
What do you dislike about the product?
Some payments cannot be made off the cuff so if you've forgetten to approve budget you may be un a sticky stiuation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
do not have to wait for expenses to be paid back anymore

Brex is very easy to use and helpful on the day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use design is very helpful plus the experience they made when passind the card and the notification request for the invoice on the spot, all the expereince arround Brex make it worth to have in our operations
What do you dislike about the product?
The first access for the web and app is kind of too much security but when it's done is done and the login became easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When travelling been able to expend on the business card and take photo of the invoices make it much easier for me as User and for the financial team.
Easy Payments
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to set up my card and start using it. Cuts out the stress from both employee and business ops side on getting expenses paid and has made it even easier to have team events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recipts are hard to get a hold of which can delay the process, maybe a system for travel expenses could be put in place - for instance TFL recipts are hard to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delays in repaying expenses to employees

Usability of the product. Removes the pressure of having to wait for months the get expenses paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Maybe the UI could be a little more inviting but that is nitpicking.

Removing the lag time found in old legacy expensive systems.

I love that I can take screen shots or photos of my receipts and easily submit for reimbursement .
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there's some confusion about budget use. It's allowed to use it for Uber/Lyft rides at my company , but I had to add the card via pay pal in order for Brex to accept payment.

Keeping track of my work related travel expenses for me while also keeping the company accountable.

Easy to use, good reporting, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
You get a virtual credit card as well as a physical one
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is slow to answer and you can't minimize the chat screen to use the website while you are chatting with them

Employees get access to credit, all of our expenses are stored there, and there is spend reporting

Ease of use and simplicity in tracking expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no issues with the service provided.

Brex makes it incredibly easy to track expenses and keeps all of the information right at your fingertips. No more worries about lost receipts.
Easy to budget and get company expenses under control
What do you like best about the product?
Great for cooperation with the financial team. Different budgets and control over what is going to be reinbursed is easy. Great mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
My physical card was not activated as I don't have US phone number and the customer service wasn't great help to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to get a budget approved and get travels, or other expenses paid. International transfers are so annoying and with Brex its just easly resolved.
