I really love it!
What do you like best about the product?
The site is extremely readable and intuitive, which makes navigating it a pure pleasure. It loads quickly and finding the features and options you need is very easy. One of the biggest advantages of the service is the ability to create rules tailored to your needs, which greatly facilitates the work. The customer service department also deserves a commendation – the team is competent, helpful and well informed. The whole experience of using the site is at the highest level!
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, nothing that I can think of. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything related to expenses and the purchase of various electronic things.
Easy and Flexible Corporate Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use as an admin and it's very simple to implement and use for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compliance reporting features could use improvement. Some of the data that comes through isn't the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex empowers all of our remote employees in taking care of their expensing needs. We also use Brex Travel to coordinate and manage all of our employee travel.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to use for expenses that I have to get reimbursed. I like that a lot of businesses are already available in the system and that you can see when you'd expect to get the reimbursement back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to view and input draft expenses ahead of time for expenses I am anticipating. I also haven't had much success with emailing receipts in.

Brex has simplified expense management and improved employee reimbursement. Improved spend managment.

Recording expenses is very simple. Helps in month end reviews of spending.

Constant remiders of invoices that are due. ie hotel and rental car recpiets that will not be finalized for 3 or 4 days.

Keeping track of monthly budgets.
Brex has been a very user friendly experience every time I've had to utilize it.

Very user friendly, ease of use, easy to locate things

I haven't experienced any downsides of Brex yet and haven't heard any either from other colleagues.

I do not have any nor have had any prior problems with Brex at this time.
