I use brex for work - love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very ease to put in memos/ required info

I do wish we earned credit card points for expenses

I travel a lot for work and brex has made managing that very convenient
Brex is the way
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very easy and intuitive to use! No need for a tip sheet. I use it regularly for work and never had a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
They send me a lot of reminder emails and messages to add my memos....I actually need to be reminded though!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex for work. It is very easy to add receipts and memos. Very easy to request for a bump to increase my limit.
Expense management with limitations
What do you like best about the product?
For credit card management the dashboard for company oversight is well laid out. It's easy to give access to managers to have oversight over their team's spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting tool is cumbersome, there are limitations as to how to view reports. It's really an issue that employees that have credit card access can create multiple credit cards

Brex has a credit card feature for company credit cards as well as reimbursement

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to set up my Brex account in just a few hours and start operating immediately. I could make payments, receive funds, and request both virtual and physical credit/payment cards. The platform also allowed me to establish checks and balances, set up controls, and more. Managing my finances is now seamless, with everything available in one place and accessible in just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Brex is growing fast, sometimes there are minor bugs in the UI. In my experience, once I report them, are fixed promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage all my current Banking needs with Brex. Is easy to use, easy to set up and esay to manage.
Easy-to-use use expense management
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app making it so easy to add memos/expense details.

Honestly nothing - it's been such a big improvement from past systems I've used.

Brex is our expense management tool between the fast delivery of my company expense card, to the ease of use with the platform. It makes the whole process painless.
This is the best US Bank. Everything so great for sturtups

Brex has a great integrations with all US services. This is simple and useful. It would be great to continiue develop it
Easy to set up, Easy to use -- highly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to register and get set up that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, or the catch to appear. It is just as user friendly as it appears though - any time I have needed to use my Brex card, interact with the Brex app, or find something on their website, it has been easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind; I use it every once in a while, and it meets my needs and the needs of our company nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We meet offsite a few times a year, and Brex enables me to easily book flights, pay for the hotel, etc. The option to request to have the credit limit increased is very helpful in case it is needed.
Simple and quick to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to upload receipts, have them scanned and most fields prepopulated from the scan, and easy submission. I'd never used Brex before and found it very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One time it moved my submission into draft and I wasn't able to submit immediately - honestly I don't know how the glitch occured but when I went back into it the next day, it was easy to pull up and submit

To be able to get reimbursed quickly by my employer and have all my expenses for the year documented.

Very easy to use. Information well organized and tracked. Great customer service.

There really isn't anything to dislike - all good.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I absolutely love Brex, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform’s focus on startups and high-growth companies means its underwriting criteria might exclude smaller or less-funded businesses. I also find the lack of dedicated customer support or live assistance challenging when issues arise.
The reporting and analytics tools, while useful, could be more customizable for businesses with specific or complex needs. Lastly, certain fees or conditions on reward redemption could be more transparent to help users maximize their benefits.

Brex is helping me manage my expenses while out on business and makes it so easy to track the expenses while also allocating what they were for.
