What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been an essential tool for managing the finances of Litoral Group IT Solutions LLC. The platform offers a modern and intuitive banking experience that has greatly simplified our daily operations. From the ease of issuing corporate cards to real-time expense management, Brex has given us complete control over the company's funds. Its integration with our accounting software has made tracking and reconciling transactions more efficient, saving us time and reducing errors. Additionally, the rewards program has been a valuable addition, providing tangible benefits for our operations. In short, Brex has transformed the way we manage our finances, allowing us to focus on the growth and success of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is user-friendly and straightforward to use. Additionally, their support team is extremely supportive and readily available whenever assistance is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there can be discrepancies in the payment status displayed by Brex. For instance, there have been instances where my reimbursements were marked as 'Paid', but the funds hadn't yet reached my bank account, necessitating a follow-up with the support team. It would also be helpful if an estimated timeline for approvals could be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is addressing the need for clarity and ease in managing reimbursements. It offers a straightforward way to monitor the status of my reimbursements, making the process transparent. Additionally, Brex simplifies the process of applying for reimbursements, which is a significant convenience for us.

Filing reimbursement is so easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances that filing requires additional entry, but not really difficult to complete.

The easy process of reimbursement.
User friendly corp card
What do you like best about the product?
The real time notification when you use the card and the reminders it sends. I don't miss liquidation deadlines ever since we transferred to Brex. It tells you what you need to submit, attach, and gives your outstanding balance real time.
When I needed more credit line, I just had to click a button and request! Feedback from our administrator will be received via app and email to ensure you do not miss anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it but if there are transactions on hold like what hotels do, I hope it can be reflected separately.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and quick establishment of a new account. Great interest rates. Easy to use website with great features. So much more progressive and user friendly than my traditional banks.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to earn higher interest on our cash - looking for a money market fund or something similar. My usual go-to for that is Fidelity who completely dropped the ball on my request to open a new account becuase they did not understand my business. Brex had none of the same problems at all and they took me in as a nerw account really quickly and efficiently. Once in, it was super easy to use the platform and connect to my other accounts. There are a lot of nice features that I have not needed to use yet, but I am looking forward to using the ACH feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Brex when I traveled abroad for business. The think I liked best is that I could add memos through texts on my phone, so that I knew exactly what my expenses were for. It was helpful that I didn't have to log on to my computer to send Brex those memos for purchases. The "tap and go" feature was also convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I used Brex, I didn't see any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to make business purchases and track expenses. I do keep my receipts, but having all the information in one place with Brex makes managing my expenses so easy.

The availability to use the app for everything and the ease of use.

I don't really have any dislikes of it at this time.

I don't have to carry multiple cards and keep multiple receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is very profesional, very secure, easy to upload the documents to prove and match the expenses, picture and pdf works with iCloud. Also for check a increment, I can imagine for the administrators is very easy to check.

The web version is not so friendly

I have no do anymore the reimbursement file in the company
Solid business decision
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is rock solid, easy easy easy to use. Using it pretty much eliminates a manual expense report which saves so much time and aggravation. Attaching receipts is easy, SMS is very helpful. The app is slick and very asthetically pleasing. I've even had great live customer support over the phone. It's a no brainer for SMB.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning my card kept getting declined when checking into hotels. Haven't had the problem recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates expense report abd very easy to look up random charges fast if they are flagged by billing.
Seamless experience across devices with automation built in
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the automated receipt capture and the system remembering expense fields from previous months so I don't have to fill reoccurring expenses in every month. Big time saver!

The UI could be a little easier to navigate, but it's fine. No major complaints
