Brex is a great for my company card!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of their app. It is super easy to use and understand, and the notifications are handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I could think of that I would dislike about Brex!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't reached out to Brex regarding any problems.

Great and Convenient Card
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its easy to use and no declined charges at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that there are any complaints at this time.

The rewards kinda suck and the transfer points website isn't very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex firstly is really good for banking by giving access to money market funds. Also the wires are really easy and free which is awesome. Lastly, issuing credit cards is very easy.

Customer service is excellent, fast responses and easy solutions. I find the notification systems and portal layouts very helpful as well.

Tough to think of specific negative feedback at this point!

Expense tracking & reporting. Approval and tracking of direct report spending

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload the receipts and make the adjustments. I also like receiving text messages about all transactions. Also, the reminders that say if anything is pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything that I didn't like about it. As a new user, I found it user-friendly and easy to navigate. I didn't find any difficulty getting used to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to stay on top of my expenses. Showing all transactions and the summary helps to keep on top of the target. Especially not having any trouble when uploading receipts has been a plus.

It solves very time we have meetings and long day of works so we can provide food to the team

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and quick it is to attach receipts! It's nice to have it start as a virtual card immediately, and that you can order a physical card if needed. It's made the process of purchasing so simple.

I don't have any complaints yet! So far, so good.

Being able to attach receipts quickly and then toss them has been super helpful. It takes up less of my time, and having the reminders pop up so I don't forget to attach the receipts is excellent too.

It is simply great for teams. We follow the principle of trust and autonomy, so managing our team expenses through Brex is fantastic. Perks, business trips, paying for subscriptions - all in one place.

straight to the point and easy to use. very self explanatory and organized. great protection on the app i know my cv will not be stolen. it's a great fit for business

not many things i can say i hate. the main issue i found with the cc was the coding and settings once doing expenses. it does not automatically save and generate to details that it should so i find myself doing double work when closing out the month

brex is working on the coding system and allocations on all expenses for the purchases made for property and corporate expenses.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Brex yet. It might be cool if it could be integrated with an expense approval software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I don't need to make reimbursement requests. I can go straight to spending company money on approved purchases.
