Works perfectly, fast and safe.
What do you like best about the product?
Commodity, it was simple to use the App and I manage to use the virtual card right away before the physical card was in my possesion, so saved me a lot of trouble in expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any complaints about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to use my own money and get laters refunds, the company automatically provides me a budget for expenses.

A billion times easier and friendlier than Concur
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is insanely easy, dummy-proof, and quick to pull relevant info from scanned receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a clear one-screen image of status of expenses. If I click on each, I can see if it has been approved, but I'd like to see a snapshot of all approved expenses and the total due to me with ETA of when it will hit my account. maybe it's there but I can't seem to find it.

Card delivery was a little slow, but didn't actually impact any spending I needed to make, so no complaints from me

We use Brex as our business credit card. They have a deal with Spotnana.
We used to use Amex so we understand how a point system should work. We have like 5M+ points with spotnana.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I would not suggest spotnana to any person or business owner I know.
First off; you can't book a flight for anyone under 18 years old....I have s young family. So right there over 50% of the people I wanna book a flight for I can't.
Then you wanna book a hotel, well good luck. Not a single hotel seems to take these stupid spotnana points. I honestly feel like and trapped with this ridiculous company.
I've been benefiting and using points for nearly a full decade, it's part of the benefits of running my own company. I absolutely despise spotnana.

It's the point system that Brex has decided to use. I'm supposed to be able to book flights and hotels.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the credit card and all it's benefits. Managing easily virtual card for employees and now trying the business banking too!!!

The hands on service is top notch. I am based in SF right now and they host a lot of in person events to support the local startup ecosystem. I also like the ease of signing up and creating budgets for team members and the ease of deploying cards to the team

Lack of rewards for smaller startups like gaining points

Great for expense management and very easy reimbursements to use across the team
