Travel Expense Management Made Easy with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Brex when I'm traveling, even in different countries. I can just put it into all the machines or pay with it wherever I am. The NFC feature is great, and I have both the digital card on my phone and the physical card. The app is really helpful; it shows what I’ve already spent and my spend limit. The app looks really good and works everywhere, from Colombia to Europe and the United States. It's also convenient that my boss can see my spending, so I don't have to worry about keeping all the receipts. This saves a lot on administration. The initial setup was really easy too, with a link to download the app, and everything worked smoothly even from Colombia. The digital card setup with Google Pay was really quick too, and the physical card arrived super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to set my spending limit correctly, but it didn't approve my payment. My spending limit was good in the app and on the desktop, but when I got to the counter, it wouldn't let me pay the deposit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Brex makes managing travel and job expenses seamless. It simplifies overseas payments with both digital and physical cards, and reduces administrative tasks by not needing to keep receipts, as spending is tracked automatically.
Brex Mobile App Makes Receipt Capture and Assignment Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the Brex system for me is the phone app. Being able to handle receipt capture and assignment all in one place is a big time saver for me personally. No more having to scan a receipt in notes app and attach it to an email from my cellphone. The app is so very user friendly as well, no challenges found. I even, unfortunately, had some fraudulent activity on my card and the customer support time handled it faster than I could ever have imagined. The cards were easily integrated company wide. I use my card almost daily with no sweat!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a single issue personally with the Brex system since our company implemented it two months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Brex system helps reduce time on expense submittal and helps ensure timely handling of the matter with alerts via text and app notifactions.
Quick, Intuitive, and Perfect for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Brex is a bank completely designed for startups like ours. Everything is very easy to do, there is nothing that takes time or involves complicated procedures. The authentications work well and generating users is good. Issuing cards is an instant process. Reviewing charges is very quick, I receive notifications and can authorize payments easily. Everything works smoothly. Additionally, I can do everything from my app, both on the phone and on the computer, and the functions are intuitive and fast. Issuing cards only requires two clicks and I don't need to talk to anyone. The authentications are secure using an authenticator instead of SMS or tokens. Everything works as it should in a tech application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Brex could imitate a product that Marcus has, which is a credit card that offers cashback. That would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex operates as the bank of our organization, facilitating all our financial transactions and simplifying corporate card management. It is intuitive, fast, allows issuing cards instantly, and doing everything from my app, eliminating complicated procedures.
This product ideal for small and medium-sized businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using BREX since February 2020. Since then, BREX has grown dynamically and always provides us with exactly the services we need. Their online platform is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of our business. I consider this product ideal for small and medium-sized businesses. We have now abandoned all traditional banks, which are not as efficient as BREX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall a single time I didn't like Brex. Whenever I have questions, their customer support is impeccable and resolves everything as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s very convenient to use their online platform. You can earn money and spend almost nothing on numerous transfers, which makes day-to-day transactions feel simple and cost-effective.
Brex Is User-Friendly and Straight to the Point
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Brex is it is user friendly. I believe it is straight to the point. Grant it may look confusing and mostly it accounting terms but if you know it your term is nicely displayed in the drop boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not what I dislike about Brex because what they provide is to many ledger terms. It can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Brex is solving for me is a doing my expense reports quicker and effectively.
Super Easy to Use with a Beautiful, Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, and the app looks amazing. It’s also really intuitive, so everything feels straightforward from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but if I had to name something...I’m not a big fan of having two sidebars, but you get used to it pretty fast, not a deal breaker at all.

Creating an account and sending money or making payments is really straightforward.
Simple to Use, Easy Receipt Submissions
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use! I love the text feature and how easy it is to submit receipts

So far, there is nothing I dislike about Brex.

It sends you a text immediately after a charge which helps remind you to send in receipts. It helps by not having to hold on to receipts forever
User-Friendly with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Brex for its user-friendly and straightforward interface, which makes managing corporate small amount purchases easier. It offers an easy reconcile process that saves time compared to the traditional PO process. Setting up Brex was smooth and hassle-free.

Very Simple and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use and manage all Brex card expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Brex is the Bill Pay setup, that does not allow to select the AP liability account from the ERP system to sync bills

The management of card expenses.
Reimbursements are easy to request and receive.

Very easy to submit reimbursements, I have never had any pushback on getting a reimbursement

The only negative is turn-times can be a few weeks before a reimbursement is processed

I am able to book business travel trips very easily through Brex
