Quick and easy way to submit an expense request
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to navigate and submit requests. Email notifications are beneficial. You can keep track of your previous requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Brex would save some information that I have input in the past. It would make submitting an expense request quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all of my expense reporting because it is all in one place. It makes it easy for my company to reimburse me.

Easy to use for remote team
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that they issue a virtual card in addition to physical cards. When I was traveling to meet my new team for my first week, I didn't have a physical card yet, but with the virtual option I could book my flight and use Apple Pay on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some built in functionality to upload receipts from my phone, but I have yet to have the picture and description match up. It's not a huge deal because the dashboard is easy to use, so I just upload from my laptop instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is my company credit card and allows me to categorize my spend to help the company with tracking.
One of the best corporate expenses and travel solutions I had experience ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, the ease to upload receipt, request budgets (and increase) and support given by Brex customer support agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe is not a deal breaker but the app on my android device crashes a little bit but besides that is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In previous companies I've worked, we used to request travels through an independent process and also cash advances, and later we would need to keep hundreds of invoices, paste them together on paper, scan it, upload it in an Excel worksheet or in SAP platforms and this was .... ANNOYING and TIME-CONSUMING. But Brex experience has been so easy for me as a standard business user (corporate travels and expenses)

What do you like best about the product?
The UK/UI design is practically flawless, and it is intuitive. I would compare this to when I first got my iphone. Platforms should be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I do not like at this time about it. All the drop-downs are easy, and if you make a mistake, it is easy to fix when making purchases and adding receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports me in overseeing the overall HR budgets of about $50,000-100,000. I can see where everything is being allocated and how much I have left in each budget and annotate for its use for any audits that may come up.
Great user experience; mediocre points and benefits.

Great customer service, easy-to-use tools, and integrations for bill payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no real downside to using Brex. The points redemption for flight is ok, not as good as chase, but great if you're avoiding United. The other benefits are overrated - we get better ups rates elsewhere etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use financial platform and banking for my biz - we're grandfathered in as we're not a vc-backed company. The banking aspects for a multi-user, multi-controller environment really speed up our ops compared to the absolute joke that is Chase's website.

It's simple, well explained, practical and easy to use. I love the option to upload the receipts after the purchase. Never had this opportunity. It's just great.
