The fact that it's so seamless and the productized features are really good for whatever you need.

Whenever I use my brex card cuz it's saved instead of the card I was supposed to use

What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex to expense items such as monthly wifi, occasional Lyft rides, etc. One of the really nice parts about Brex is that it scans my wifi bill and automatically fills in the required areas, making it really easy for me to submit my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't utilize it for much more than occasional expenses, and those go very smoothly. I don't have any dislikes right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to expense my items quickly and easily. That allows me to spend time and effort on other things on my list.

Expenses are very easy. Brex card works well physically. Virtual card and travel booking could use a bit of work, though are fine overall.

No ability to book train trips.

What do you like best about the product?
Their super low-cost credit card and banking services have helped our business tremendously throughout the years. We've continued to add their suite of products to our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although a newer product, the banking services aren't yet at 100% of our expectations for a full-time banking partner. However, they've been adding more and more of what we're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has helped our company quickly issue credit cards to department heads for recurring charges or the occasional one-off office supply purchase for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Text messages for Memos are very helpful and easy to use. I must say, using my Brex card is easy and reliable when making purchases. I would recommend to any friend or collegue..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to request a receipt for everything and uploading one when one is not needed can be complicated at times. The alerts are annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When flying to the airport and using during our stay, it is most problematic when having to upload every receipt that we spend our Brex card on. Sometimes that can be annoying to me.

The convenience and ease of using tools and services provided by Brex to carry out transactions are fantastic.

The only downside of using Brex is if your business is broke.

Makes the spending in my company very easy to manage. We are located worldwide so Brex has really made things very easy! Day-to-day spending is controlled and easy to follow. The rewards points are great when planning company travel

Sometimes payments are pending for too long.

No need to approve additional expenses as I already have a monthly sum on my account.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to understand and use. Seamless app and Slack integrations make staying on top of my expenses a breeze. Customer service is also super quick to respond - I've reached out to them twice, and my questions have been answered within the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I must open multiple budgets to separate my expenses. It takes some additional time upfront but is pretty to understand once budgets are set up.
