Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Brex was great, they gave me an option to add the card to my apple wallet immediately. It was easy to use, and never gave me an issue. The transfer of my transactions to our work system's financial application made it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I uploaded all of my receipts to my Brex app, but when it was transfered to my workplace's financial application, I had to re-upload my receipts once in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traveling for a conference and I was given an amount to spend on food and travel.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Brex—I love it! The platform makes managing expenses and international payments incredibly easy and efficient. Its user-friendly interface, powerful tools, and seamless integrations are all top-notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is also solving the problem of managing startup spending by offering excellent perks. These perks help control costs and provide access to a wide range of tools that are essential for growing businesses. From discounts on software to credits for cloud services, these benefits allow startups like ours to maximize resources while keeping expenses in check, giving us more flexibility to scale efficiently.

Our favorite parts are the rewards, perks, and interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The general interface can be confusing. I wish it was easier for me to toggle between accounts and transactions. It can also be tricky to see which bills have been scheduled and when they go out. A calendar feature showing scheduled bills would be super helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex replaced Bill.com for us. It is also allowing for minimal accounts, as we can maximize savings

Nothing really at this point. I haven't found anything that I dislike.

How easy is to move funds from this account to my mexican account.
Brex is a super-useful way for small and medium sized companies to automate purchasing
What do you like best about the product?
The big advantage with Brex is the integration of the issued credit card and the expense accounting software. This allows people within our organization a very simple way of accounting for business expenses from meals and travel to supplies and equipment. The review and approval process is also simple and consolidated. The entire process is really efficient so that employees don't spend a lot of time having to assemble complex expense reports and managers can review expenses in a well organized format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there are any downsides. I haven't used Brex yet for air travel, but I assume that the loss of airline points for credit card purchases might be a drawback for some. I suppose in those instances, an employee would have the option of paying out-of-pocket and then getting re-imbursed through Brex, but honestly I think that wouldn't be a big deal either way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to accumulate expense reports and receipts and was always spending time trying to line up credit card purchases with comapny expenses. Brex gets rid of all of this in a timely and efficient manner. I can focus on my job more because I am spending a lot less time both writing and reviewing expense reports.
Efficient and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Streamoines the process to get purchases approved. It takes me less than 2 minutes to go into the website, select the purchase I need to have approved and imput the details. I use the platform each month and has been very easy to add to my processes when needing to get purchases approved. If I ever had an issue it was very quickly and easily resolved .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not very many areas I dislike about the platform. I have used expensify in the past and this has been a much better expereince.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and easily having expenses approved. Managing purchases, maintaining my budget each month of expenses.
By Far....the best software I've ever used in my 24 year career!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes expense reporting so simple. The text feature on your phone to record receipts makes it almost impossible to forget to record expenses. We lauched it throughout our organization and it was seemless. I believe the rest of the organization would agree with my comment above. I also use this to manage my team's expenses on a daily basis and it is so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't love the travel assitant booking software. It's OK, but a salesforce can easily rack up $20 fees if they don't book travel correctly. I think it could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex simpifies expense reporting for our sales team. Expense reports were something my team dreaded dealing with. Brex has made it a nonfactor with their mobile applications. It's so easy to know where you stand from a budget standpoint. It's easy to approve expenses. Brex makes life easier.

Easy to use, no hassle quick response time to issues with customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
ability to be locked out of merchant categories, and support not understanding that restaurants can be classed as charities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of not having to do cash advances, and figuring out finances at the end of a work trip, being able to take a picture of reciept and upload at that moment is a time saver

Speed and ease of use. Best tool I have seen to date.

There is nothing that I have found about Brex which I do not like.

Speed of expense reporting is fabulous.
Easy to use, even on the go!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex is easy to use across multiple platforms. It doesn't matter if I'm on my laptop, my phone, or using the integration with Slack, I'm always able to keep up with my expenses in a timely way. This is important when traveling and communicating with the finance team when I'm on the go.
I also love that I can repay an expence if I accidentally forget to switch from my corporate card to my personal when ordering something like DoorDash. So easy!

What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very small thing, but when I add a memo from the Brex app on my phone it shifts me out of the memo line after one character and I have to reselect to continue typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying expense reporting and spend limits and streamlining communication between departments, making everyones job easier in the long run.
