What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to work and manage, the mobile and web applications are straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you upgrade the application, you must have a grace period of at least a week.

Easy to get a budget and get approvals

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very easy to use, and not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any problems since I started using Brex.

Brex helps me pay for company expenses, I don't have to bother other members of the team to ask the company credit card
Great Expereince, made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
before using Brex I had to save all the receipts and then send them to the company accountant and go over them one by one, using brex just made my business trips easier, I instantly upload the recpeit and it generates the needed data that the company accountants need.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, I don't think that there is anything to improve

All the mess I had beforehand with the recipients, i save a lot of valuable time

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to submit receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any downside to using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hate taking photos of receipts, saving them to my desktop, attaching them tediously to an email, and connecting each receipt back to my individual expenses via a summary sheet. Brex makes the process so easy with text message responses and automatic linking.
Good with a few Kinks
What do you like best about the product?
The user platform and the majority of the user interface is mostly intuitive. Brex Support when there is a question however, is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budgets versus limits. Numerous unexplained bugs after following Brex instructions for set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense tracking by dimension for better reporting and transperancy.
Great for a corporate card
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to track and update expenses. I like being able to email my expenses directly to Brex to have them added automatically. And the mobile app makes it easy to capture my expenses on the go as I incur them. And the card can load into my Apple Wallet which makes it easy to use with Apple Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the automated email receipt capture doesn't work or gets confused, so sometimes it can be frustrating to have to go in and fix those. But those instances are relatively rare outside Ubers (which collect expenses into single receipts and delay sending those).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we're tracking all our expenses and adding both receipts and memos to each line item. It makes it very easy, and since we can change classifications for types of expenses, we can track which categories they should be attributed to.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to take a photo and attach it to a charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could just reply to the text messages requesting documentation. Attach a receipt and email or text it in and have it attach automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe we have submitted requests to make improvements to the APP. The app was acting strangely while trying to entering memos for attached receipts.
It is a solid product

Smooth log in process, good with card replacements

Not much - sometimes the emails are a bit annoying but can probably fix with notification settings

i dont have to submit for reimbursement, just use my brex card
Convenience and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Brex card for business could not be more convenient or efficient. A few steps after purchase, your receipt is linked to the transaction and the record is saved. The mobile app will remind you of pending actions, and you can add memos to the transaction for the accounting record,
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a downside to using Brex and the mobile app!

Better accountability for expense management and visibility.
