Brex has made planning work travel a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Support! Their team sees issues through to resolution, is very communicative, and works very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex booking for rental cars has not yet fully worked for me. I've had to pay on my own each time I've booked a car + be reimbursed by my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for work travel, organizing trips, etc. with ease and coordination. I've had to change work plans more than once and Brex has been incredibly supportive and forthcoming to assist. Absolute game changer + I've avoided uncertain situations because of Brex
An easy solution to tracking spending for work!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is incredibly easy to use and helpful. We implemented it quickly and there was really no learning curve for me as a user because the app is so straightforward. It also feels very secure!
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to not like that I had to go on my phone to add memos (either through text or in the app), but recently I got a slack integration so that got resovled!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It majorly solved tracking spending at my company. It is also beneficial in keeping track of the subscriptions we have.

Some of the permissions around different features are hard to use.

Brex is user-friendly and straightforward to use. Additionally, their support team is extremely supportive and readily available whenever assistance is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there can be discrepancies in the payment status displayed by Brex. For instance, there have been instances where my reimbursements were marked as 'Paid', but the funds hadn't yet reached my bank account, necessitating a follow-up with the support team. It would also be helpful if an estimated timeline for approvals could be provided.

Brex is addressing the need for clarity and ease in managing reimbursements. It offers a straightforward way to monitor the status of my reimbursements, making the process transparent. Additionally, Brex simplifies the process of applying for reimbursements, which is a significant convenience for us.

Filing reimbursement is so easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances that filing requires additional entry, but not really difficult to complete.

The easy process of reimbursement.
User friendly corp card
What do you like best about the product?
The real time notification when you use the card and the reminders it sends. I don't miss liquidation deadlines ever since we transferred to Brex. It tells you what you need to submit, attach, and gives your outstanding balance real time.
When I needed more credit line, I just had to click a button and request! Feedback from our administrator will be received via app and email to ensure you do not miss anything.

I don't dislike it but if there are transactions on hold like what hotels do, I hope it can be reflected separately.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and quick establishment of a new account. Great interest rates. Easy to use website with great features. So much more progressive and user friendly than my traditional banks.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to earn higher interest on our cash - looking for a money market fund or something similar. My usual go-to for that is Fidelity who completely dropped the ball on my request to open a new account becuase they did not understand my business. Brex had none of the same problems at all and they took me in as a nerw account really quickly and efficiently. Once in, it was super easy to use the platform and connect to my other accounts. There are a lot of nice features that I have not needed to use yet, but I am looking forward to using the ACH feature.
