Brex makes it easy on the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
As a user of a Brex card, Brex makes it incredibly easy for me to check my spend, upload receipts, etc. I've had to make payments to overseas companies with different security standards and Brex has taken care of me. Customer support has been excellent when I have had a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' t think there's anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need access to a company card and I need to provide receipts for certain levels of spend. Brex makes it easy, so I'm not wasting time when I should be focused on something else.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has found Brex makes it easy to manage credit card expenses with their app that allows staff members to immediately capture their expense information and allows the folks in the back office to easily monitor those expenses.  The app and the website are easy to use and includes emails and text messages to remind people to complete the back up information our accounting system requires. And the integreation with Amazon makes supply orders super easy to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Brex notifications are really helpful but if there was a downside (there's always a downside, right?) repetitive monthly charges such as NYT subscritions or consultant retainers also generate reminders to provide back up and I find that can be annoying when I'm in a bad mood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ever present problem of getting staff members to document their expenses in a timely way without having to hunt them down is made soooo easy with Brex.  Setting spending limits and earning points for the organzation instead of on individual staff personal credit cards is cool too.  And to repeat myself, the integration with Amazon (which we use for office supplies)  reduces the work load on the finance and adminstration folks.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is user-friendly and I can generally find what I want in a logical, structured fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing and sometimes receipt entry doesn't seem to properly work. Also, the way notifications work doesn't always seem logical or as flexible as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating expenses and GL coding.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost control as well how we can import to our ERP. Also when there is a question we have a great support in helping us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in Brex to dislike. Only concern from the employees is signing up to Plaid

Spend Management. Reviewing the expense and providing accountability to the employees using the cards

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and the process of doing expences is smooth and we have multiple options on the admin side to set up mandatory data that needed and expecations on what is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to get this implimeted was not smooth and the person we worked with did not seem to care about our timeline or what our needs were as a new users to a expence platform. I found to skip my personf or implimentaiton and directly speak to support was easier to do and faster. 
Also the way the expences come in vs expences that need to be reviewed are a little not set up in the most smoothest way. There seems to be a high level of human error - if I don't set up the correct rules I'll miss en expence that might be a red flag. I was hoping there was some support we would get on on budgets to provide guidence and review to see if we did everything correctly but that does not seem to be something that we have the option on. But over all the platform is a learning curve we are learning something new everyday.
At the end of the day the implementation process and the training was extreamly dissapointing. For training it was not clear or easy and on top of that the mobile view of the app was never shown which is what people use on the day to day. You would think the team would know that's important to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. Theplatform is very user friendly and it syncs seamlessly with netsuite for extreme ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would dislike is that when I make transfers between accounts I have to make a manual entry in netsuite to reconcile the bank statement instead of being able to sync the transfer from Brex directly to Netsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep all our employees with expense reports and credit cards in compiance. It allows me to have all my banking and credit cards on one platform.

We like that customer support (both technical and business development) is always available.
The portal and app have a lot of information. Approvers can use the same app and login to manage approvals as well as process their own expenses, which is an advantage over other platforms we tested.
For employees, it is very easy to use. It was adopted quickly.
The reporting dashboard is informative.
Several entities or subsidiaries can be managed by one admin, which is very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent changes. Some of the changes are confusing. For example, with the recent addition of spending limits, it now takes two steps to assign a budget to an employee where in the past it was one step.
Custom fields currently cannot be used with an API, and for that reason our integration of Brex with QuickBooks requires manual steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Adding memos in the platform page to allocate expenses as well as ease of issuing cards with limited budgets. Easy to run compliance with this features. Slack integration for recipets is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel has gotten better to book with spotana but traditionally we haven't used the playform bc it isn't the most easy to use.
