Great experience. Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Brex simplifies paying contractors, consultants, and vendors. It also does a great job allowing me to manage employee spend via Brex cards.
We also appreciate the ease with which Brex integrates with Quickbooks Online. I prepare the transactions and then our outside bookkeeping firm syncs Brex with QBO and is able to quickly and easily prepare our monthly financials.
Customer support has been a strong point for Brex as well. I can easily connect with support and get the answers I need for my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
About 1 year ago I began to use Brex Bill pay. It didn't do a great job of recognizing invoices and correctly identifying invoice number, payment amount etc. Recently, though, that feature has been improved and I've begun using it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves two main problems. First, we needed an easy way to manage employee spending on travel, entertainment, etc. Brex has done a great job with this. It is easy for me to quickly and easily see how much each employee has spent and how much may be remaining.
The second problem is easy expense payment. A large portion of our expenses are international contractors. We are able to use Brex to quickly and easily pay these contractors in multiple foreign currencies.

Brex Banking
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very user friendly, intuitive, has helpful and easy to use tools, offers high yield money market for unused funds and autofills bills fairly accurately with drag and drop upload of a pdf invoice. It also allows payments in foreign currencies. I found the few times I've had to use customer support, they were very responsive and able to resolve my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any real downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has allowed the company to eliminate the requirement of using another financial institution for foreign currency payments.
Good bank and easy to handle. A great option for international small companies.

Brex is incredibly intuitive and easy to handle, making it a great choice for international payments and purchasing flights.

Brex functionality is marred by slow customer support response times, and its permissions based on profiles are not optimal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of Brex features but I love the money marketing account and rewards enable charged cards.

I also wish we could invest unused funds in the stock market.

Brex gives me a very easy-to-use cash account with souped-up ways I can manage excess cash.
Issuing and managing cards is a dream with budgets and digital cards. I can make money off my excess operating capital in a money market fund. And using company charge carts nets us cash back rewards every month.

Integration issues- There had previously been some issues with connecting the uploaded receipts to quick books

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the overall look of the platform. Prior to switching to brex, we had a card thorugh SYB and expensify platform. Therefore it wasnt seamlessly tied together.
We have had great customer service with Mo as well. We do enjoy the travel portal as well and some of these more technical features we didnt have before

What do you dislike about the product?
When going through demo, we were told numerous things that Brex could do, yet it was false.
We are unable to do multiple mileage rates.
GL Account (custom fields) is not able to be toggled as a required field (accounting annoyance)
Using the customer service chat box we have been told one thing and then after speaking with Mo, the chat featue told us wrong

Outstanding Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly and intuitive. Everything is laid out clearly and the dashboard displays all the features that you may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides yet and have been using Brex for a year now

It helps streamline our expenses and monitors any shady activity. It sends a quick note to verify that you actually initiated an expense and lets you go through any authorized expense without the ususal waste of time with other platforms.
It's a fantastic experience. Great value for start-ups in multiple ways

What do you dislike about the product?
there were some accepytability issues with the brex physical card during travel but it might be an issue at the merchant side. so recommended to keep a backup card in travelling.

Brex has a very easy-to-use platform with many great features. The support team is always quick to respond and very helpful. It integrates well with our expense system, Expensify.

We use Brex to issue Credit Cards to our employees.
This allows employees to have a card while they travel and eliminates advance cash requests - ensuring employees don't have to dip into their personal funds and make reconciliation of expenses easier for finance.
