Amazing payment solution for startups!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. So easy to make payments and see transaction history. Also very easy to give access to team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one single thing that I dislike about brex. It is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves our expense management needs. Its the credit card we use for purchasing as well as facilitating cash payments and bill paying.

Great card and app
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, even with a virtual card only. Love ease of the app for tracking expenses too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Great to have added text security alerts as well.

Making it easier to coordinate expenses for large company expenses like our annual retreat

- Vendor card and be easily modified

- More options and improved process on paying the due amount

Brex is a great tool for expense management.
Flawless platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Brex knows what type of reimburstment I'm asking for using only the establishment name. Easy to track pending reimburstments and history too
What do you dislike about the product?
not enough education about mobile version, I keep having to emailing myself copies of my receipts to upload to my reimburstment claims

Getting reimbursed from out of pocket expenses is really easy

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of account opening and easy interface

Inability to withdraw cash from ATM. No points on credit card transactions made for real world transactions

The updated UX makes it more annoying to see if receipts are missing/required.

Very Beneficial Product & Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to submit receipts/memos and how easy it is to use. The automated text options that come once a purchase is made makes submitting a receipt so easy. Additionally, I love the online portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike! My only feedback is to enhance the text feature so that I can verify a purchase with a receipt and memo within the same message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BREX makes spending on work-related costs much easier and more accountable. It takes away from the delay in timing for waiting for reimbursements and increases freedom across the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The APP is great, I get notifications whenever there's a transaction and I can quickly add a receipt or see the balance. I can also add the CC to my Samsung Wallet to make it even more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation I can think of is that to upload PDF receipt I need to use the website as the APP only accepts images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex provides a corporate CC to me and my coworkers.

Managing your cash flow and team spending is super seamless with all the tools and features they have.

The only complaint I have right now is renaming vendor credit cards. They don't allow it currently.

Brex is the finance and banking platform for our business.
Essential to small, but growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I love that I can easily upload a receipt and make a note if I am purchasing on behalf of another team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teammates found they have a hard time making purchases outside of the US --Brex may not be the right choice if your team regularly travels internationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to keep expenses directly with the company instead of having to get them reimbursed.
