Good functionality for startups
What do you like best about the product?
The offering of expense management, credit cards and bill pay
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface was a little easier in how to view cards and transactions like Ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill payments and a way for employees to not have to spend out of pocket. The company also get cash back

Customer service and account managers are awesome. Easy UX and fantastic team!

Travel services are lacking - the "rewards" aren't easy to utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Brex for credit cards and in times of low cash, financing working capital. We flex in and out of the ways we use Brex, and the personal treatment (from our amazing account manager) is awesome. m
Constant Improvements make it a huge WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been a game-changer for our accounting and expense management needs. It helps keep everything organized and makes transferring data to QBO and NetSuite super simple. The software is somewhat user-friendly, but it allwos everyone the chance to log in and keep track of their purchases.
We also tweaked the documentation requirements to fit our needs and reminded all employees to set up text message notifications. This way, they can respond to a text from Brex with the receipt and memo. Brex will send reminders to them so accounting doesn't have to chase after them.
Ever since the new updates took effect, our senior staff accountant spends about 20 minutes max every day cleaning up transactions and exporting them over to Brex. Plus, the recent updates let the team set up better internal controls within Brex, especially with the "Transactions to Prepare" and "Ready for Export" tools.
Our amazing Customer Success Manager, Sara Hussan, has been an absolute delight to work with as well! She's been quick to address any concerns we have over email or during our monthly cadence calls. Having her support makes it easier to tackle any software issues we have and she does a great job in keeping us informed with upcoming changes as well.

Sometimes they try to sell you on Empower every couple of months but if that's not what you want, then its totally fine to be honest with them

What do you like best about the product?
I like it when it was possible to have multiple cards under a budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we attempt to use the rewards feature for traveling, it was not super intuitive so we ended up just using our cards instead of the portal travel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is our primary platform to manage the company's spend. The way we were able to setup cards that tied to users previously was fine. I'm sure Brex new way of handling budgets and cards are well-designed but we just have not dig into it much and hopefully that could get us to be more organized.

Brex offers a refreshing departure from traditional corporate credit cards, providing unparalleled flexibility and a generous credit line that has empowered our company's financial agility.

There are no major downside of using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most remarkable features of Brex is its generous credit line. Unlike conventional credit cards, Brex tailors its credit limits based on the financial health and potential of the business, rather than personal credit scores (in many cases, founder's credit scores for startups). This dynamic approach has allowed us to access the capital we need to fuel growth and seize opportunities without the constraints imposed by traditional lending criteria.

Brex Empower is a great tool for institutions, to track travel expenses and stipends of each department and individuals

Giving out Brex gift cards can be easier than how it is now.

Seamless Financial Management, overall beneficial for businesses seeking easier access to credit, streamlined expense management, and financial tools designed to support their growth and operational efficiency.
Great Mobile Interface and Vendors Network
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile interface is fast, intuitive, and customizable. (Switching to Brex has increased carduser timeliness and compliance (and happiness) substantially!) Brex has done a great job creating and growing its vendor network for, e.g., auto-retreiving receipts from popular vendors like Lyft.
What do you dislike about the product?
New customer on-boarding and setup experience was not great. Account rep managing this was not very knowledgeable about the deeper (configuration) aspects of the product and was not very attentive or time-aware. Everything since has been great, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile UI has increased employee-cardholder engagement, satisfaction, and the timeliness of their expense reporting. Very happy!

What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows us to manage our expenses easily for a small sized company that is growing. It will scale with our growth.
