The Perfect Card for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Brex's support is extremely helpful & the transparency that their platform allows for management & visibility into the spending of your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't personally experienced anything negative with using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is making it easier to have transparency into the expense + spend management of your team's spending. With the way the interface is built, I'm easily able to reconcile my budget month over month without having to look for memo & receipts in a variety of places.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent sync with Quickbooks. Representatives are available to answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is ok. Better than most, but not fool proof. Little difficult to find statments or reports easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily use the credit card and reporting functions to assist in cash flow support.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been phenomenal with their customer service and just how fast you can get a response from a real person to help if you ever have an issue. Overall I use this card everywhere! It tracks purchases real time and I'm able to capture and upload information about my purchases and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way /option to select when you have lost a receipt. There should be an option to indicate that a receipt is miss placed. Or atleast say not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the problem of providing me with a way to purchase much needed goods and services for unit replacement or repairs. which is beneficial towards task completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can reply via text with your receipts and memo about your purchase !! And the customer support chat is quick and responsive !
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything OTHER THAN, when entering my mileage reimbursement, and entering my starting address from home, I have to type it in every time rather than having it auto populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it's just helping me be compliant with my company's requirements of managing expenses.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, they take the verification process a bit too far, with the prompts popping up each time you log in, from the same location, even after you select the "Remember Me" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all the departmental expenses paid without having to involve the Operations department.

I believe the experience is fantastic because you always get a security code and then the payment is confirmed. Every time I have tried to use it, works so I believe that is the most important thing.

I love brex. for now I do not have any complaints

I like the simplicity of how to log our reimbursements and the text message alerts that make it easy to update.

There is no option to mark the purchase for NO reimbursement when using the actual Brex card.

Verifications sometimes needed on my home machine - and it can get cumbersome when sharing a card with a team.

Internet variations can mess up uploads and tracking. Would be better if it was usable in low internet connectivity settings. or offline upload batching.
