Great experience with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
Rex has improved quite a bit over the last few years since I've been using them. I know I'm able to do all of the functions needed to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cash management functions are not as robust as other platforms. However, I've seen some good improvements occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me manage expenses and accounts payables.

Easy and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Transactions show up on the app almost immediately, where it's easy to tap on the notification, take a quick photo of the receipt, and add a memo so the finance team can categorize all expenses. I can use my biometric unlock on my Android phone to open the app quickly, and every 30 days the app forces a 2-factor authentication that helps me feel secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card does not have an NFC feature for tap-to-pay point-of-sale systems, which only costs a few more seconds when inserted into a chip reader, so it's not much of an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy for us to empower individual staff with access to company funds for spending and makes it easy for those staff to keep their spending compliant and thoroughly reported.
A great solution for employees expenses management
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, integrates most needs into a single platform with clear information. The pages are easy to navigate, reservations are easy to make, and the customer service is excellent. The integration with the credit card and the platform is seamless,
What do you dislike about the product?
Got a few glitches about automatically generated receipts are not being loaded. Otherwise I cannot complain about anything else in the solution. Congratulations for a great development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a traveling representative of my company, Brex streamlines my expenses. If I do it correctly, I can do a complete trip without spending a single penny out of my pocket. Even if I have to pay something in cash, I get reimbursed in a couple of days.
Best Spend Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We work with multiple vendors, and it's tough to track, manage and monitor our expense with Brex. It's very easy. An unlimited virtual card with a lock and spend limit is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
They provide us with low limits and shorter time periods, which I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide access to a credit card for global founders without building a personal credit score. I don't have SSN, but I have access to an amazing business credit card.

What do you like best about the product?
Its rewards program offers generous cash-back rates on popular business categories such as travel, software subscriptions, and advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users are approved for the lower credit limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and effortless access to US credit cards, even for Non-Resident founders. This can help startups like us to save time, money, and resources, while also improving their financial visibility and control.
Brex has been efficient in resolving any issues I’ve encountered.

In my opinion the customer service is super efficient. The app helps me keep track of company purchases and is always responsive and reliable.

I don't have any qualms currently with Brex.

depositing any amount from your bank to your brex account took a lot of time. it could be 2 weeks, which is a lot of time!

When I am looking at the Cash transactions the date do not appear completely

Having connections with quickbooks helps a lot with accounting entries
I love Brex and recommend it all the time
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I no longer have to save receipts and spend time matching them to the expenses on my credit card report. I get a text message from Brex every time I have a charge on my Brex credit card, then I can take a picture and send it in the Brex text message, and within seconds it reads the image and matches the amount and attaches the image to the correct charge. It's amazing! Love it!

Nothing, I like everything about Brex...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save time because Brex matches the images of the receipts with the expenses and attaches them to the charge on the credit card report.
Smooth Experience as an employee
What do you like best about the product?
Brex credit cards have helped me manage business-related expenses separately, and the reimbursement process is really smooth. The mobile app is very helpful to manage it all
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there are a few delays in processing reimbursements. I'm not sure if there's a technical reason for it, but that's the only thing I'd like them to improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any expenses the employer is willing to take on, for example, managing my travel to work locations, Brex takes away the worries about reporting, categorizing, or any additional data entry aspects.
