What do you like best about the product?
Simplified Financial Management: Brex offers a suite of financial services that are designed to simplify various aspects of business finances, including expense management, bill payments, and card spending. This can help businesses save time and effort when handling financial tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works great on Brex. Perhaps there are some challenges in accessing timely and responsive customer service when encountering issues or have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense Management and Tracking. Brex provides tools and features for tracking and categorizing expenses in real-time, making it easier for businesses to monitor spending and maintain accurate records.
Cash Flow Management: We need to carefully manage our cash flow to ensure ongoing operations.

Easy to use, good reporting, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
You get a virtual credit card as well as a physical one
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is slow to answer and you can't minimize the chat screen to use the website while you are chatting with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees get access to credit, all of our expenses are stored there, and there is spend reporting

Ease of use and simplicity in tracking expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no issues with the service provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it incredibly easy to track expenses and keeps all of the information right at your fingertips. No more worries about lost receipts.
Easy to budget and get company expenses under control
What do you like best about the product?
Great for cooperation with the financial team. Different budgets and control over what is going to be reinbursed is easy. Great mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
My physical card was not activated as I don't have US phone number and the customer service wasn't great help to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to get a budget approved and get travels, or other expenses paid. International transfers are so annoying and with Brex its just easly resolved.
Expenses made simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is exceptionally useful when travelling; users have per diem expenses auto-approved with just a simple memo to explain what it is. With previous expense management tools, I would often spend 10+ hours working through my expenses after a week-long trip, with Brex I log memos as I go & haven't had to do any logging post my trips. The ability to use the Brex card on Apple Pay is also beneficial as I can quickly apply for additional budget if needs be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely I have not found a flaw with the product as yet!

Expense management for employees.
Seamless integration and strong product!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex being a phone first app is super useful when syncing expenses on the corporate card to the app and then automatically syncing them to the correct types of expenditure meaning all I have to write is the memo for it to be a complete expense in the system! It sticks to the policy really well which helps me understand the budget I need to stick to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful to have the daily breakdown of how much has been spent out of given budget so that we know how much we can spend for the rest for the rest of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping streamline my business expenses for offsites or other business travel as well as expenses. It is super streamlines to get compliant expenses and helps me stay on top of my expenses during the trip which is a massive help and is super efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
The instant notification to upload receipts to verify transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Brex has exceeded all my expectations while using.

I like how easy brex is to use. I like how I can quickly submit expenses.

Brex helps me expense my purchases for work and get my reinbursment quickly. The interface allows me to check the status so I know what is going on and how much money I have left in my budget.
Easy spending and easy receipt uploads
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to book travel, accommodation, and food on business trips using my Brex card. They have both an app and a web app, and I use both to upload receipts. It's nice that my phone gets a notification as soon as I make a purchase so that I can take a photo of the receipt on the spot before I forget. Finally, I was able to create an expense for a purchase that I accidentally made on my personal credit card, and it was processed and reimbursed fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
They give both a physical card and virtual card but I don't know why the virtual one is needed...I only need one number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expensing is hard, so by avoiding the problem altogether by letting me spend company money directly using a credit card, Brex saves me 90% of the headache. Uploading receipts is still necessary but with the app it's simplified even more.
