Brex makes my life 1,000x easier.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I like about Brex:
- It integrates seamlessly with my payroll and accounting software. Automated expense tracking and payroll payments are time-saving.
- Its UI is much more straightforward than traditional banks.
- Brex rewards are straightforward—you can redeem them whenever you want for whatever you want, and they show up in your account really quickly.
- In addition to being FREE, Brex uses partner banks and invests your money into dividend-paying money market funds, so all the money sitting in your account pays you back. I get paid $200-400 per month from these, and it's liquid cash straight into my account.
- I like the dashboard and reporting features, although I don't use them much. My business. doesn't really need them, but I could see how someone might.
- 8X back on rideshare, 3x back on software, 4x back on restaurants, and money back on Apple products are perfect rewards for my needs.
- Free wire transfers
- Solid customer service

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike about Brex, but I'd love to see some more integrated accounting features. I use Wave currently, and it'd be nice to see a few things like automated invoicing and tax information within the app so I could receive instant payouts and use one app for bookkeeping and banking.
Also, its travel portal isn't very useful. Most flight options are ridiculously expensive—especially international flights, which I book more—so I just use other credit cards for that. I also never use hotels, only Airbnb. I'd love to see Airbnb as a Brex travel partner.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Business banking through traditional institutions costs money and is not feature-rich or UX-oriented. Brex is free and easy to use.
- Automated expense tracking makes it easy for me to send a photo of a receipt, and it's automatically uploaded into my records.
- Brex puts more money in my pocket while helping me do less work.

Brex is a super easy platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders to upload your receipts, the ease of uploading the supporting documents and memos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything that I dislike about the brex card!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is an easy virtual (and physical) card to use.
Brex is so incredibly easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I was worried that it would include a lot of scanning of receipts and filling out forms, but it's actually so much easier than that. I just snap a photo of the receipt, write a short memo line, and that's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any down sides, yet. I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes paying for business expenses super easy. I don't have to worry about using my own money and then submitting an expense report.
Easy to use with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user experience is solid, and help/support is available pretty much all the time if anything comes up. I find it extremely easy to manage my expenses and know what my budget is. Not having to go in and constantly do expense reports has made my life so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind because there's no "standout" negative thing about Brex. The Slack integration works really well as does the texting feature when you need to include receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to do expense reports all the time saves an unbelievable amount of time and productivity which I really appreciate a lot. It also just makes it clear what your budget is which prevents over-spending.
A better card for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I can get very large credit card charges to process. This was always impossible with our Chase company cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a cash account, despite having well over $1m in our checking account.
I also wish Brex would build in a foreign currency exchange so I could wire to other countries in something besides dollars.

Higher limits on credit card charges, and better expense tracking.
Million dollar experience for a fraction of the cost.

Ez to use. GUI is intuittive. Easy to upload reciepets

Nothing really. Everything in my experience has been great. really just writing to meet the min. words.

Makes AMEX look like poo poo. Really caters to business expensing.
Brex makes it easy to capture expenses while on the road
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to balance automation of expense reporting categorization with on the go receipt and comment uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could probably use some more standard Memo categories so that any automated rules on the backend had more structured data to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking travel and other business expenses easy which drives up compliance and timlieness.
Payments made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Brex makes it easy for employees to make payments on behalf of the company. Also the ability to track and limit all expenses.

I cannot point out anything I dislike in Brex

Brex is helping organisations give out physical and virtual cards for payments. It benefits everyone who is working remotely and saves the company the hassle of shipping everything.
Makes reimbursements seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The app makes it easy to know what receipts or notes are missing, meaning I don't have to sort through lots of charges

I'd like the mobile app to be a little more intuitive, I'm not always sure where I'm navigating

Overall works well, wish more features for paying vendors / receiving payment
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy credit card charge management-- see what are the charges, and can attach memo and receipt. Also great for reimbursing employees-- easy for them to submit expenses and receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get the right Brex accounts set up so that cash could be drawn from core bank account. The ACH auth details should be provided upfront so the process is smoother. Also paying vendors is okay via check, but better if the vendor can just enter in their ACH info directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined interface for credit card and expense reimbursement. Great vendor card management to closely manage spend by vendors with their dedicated card each-- helps avoid unnecessary charges.
