Very simple, efficient solution for corporate spending
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending a text photo of a receipt is a game changer. Additionally, the extras in the Brex app (like Travel Bank rewards) are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered an issue with Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy solutions for employee spending. Especially beneficial in remote situations.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and best-in-class business account. Love the integration and discounts with various platforms, the ability to build business credit using EIN and the unique Brex World Elite Master card, Reimbursement options, cash management and continuous innovation. Also, the browser extension for submitting receipts is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the website on Mac browsers, I am logged out and have to authenticate from scratch as it doesn't seem to remember me despite selecting the "Remember me" checkbox. Did not have this issue on Edge with Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating a business account seamless and efficient. No unnecessary fees. Having a dedicated customer service rep is incredible. The ability to use it worldwide with 0 foreign transaction fees, international shipping cards to team members, virtual cards, and excellent spend management makes tracking spending easy.
Decent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The automation coding of transactions, and importing to our accounting software is the most helpful and useful aspect of brex.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems a bit outdated, and not as user friendly as other platforms. It would also be beneficial if there was an option to automatically lock employee corporate cards if they did not upload receipts within 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automatically code transactions and upload to our accounting software has been the most useful piece of using brex.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any! I've never had an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows multiple team members to be leaders with their own budget to pay monthly vendor fees, travel, and be in control without the need for management approval for every little expense.
It's simple to use and have nice app.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to track expenses through the app. Unlike most banking apps this one can provide detailed information about each purchase in a simple form.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's bizarre to put all information on one side of a card. There is a good reason why CVV is usually located on the other side of a card. It makes easier to steal all card details, Just through one photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often move from one country to another, and it is nice to have an additional card issued by an American bank. Usually i use Brex as a reserve card for unexpected expenditures.
Clean interface that enables me to see all spend. Added Empower for additional controls.

I like how quickly I can run custom reports -- by cardholder, by vendor, by time period. It enables me to stay on top of spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex doesn't offer an "individual pay" option... only "company pay" -- so I don't have as much recourse if an employee makes an unauthorized purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The addition of Empower has helped us push oversight and approvals down to the level of the direct managers. This has provided additional controls and scale.

Easy to use! And the pats oval card is beautiful as well :)

Honestly, nothing that I can think off 😅

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get notified every time a purchase has been made. Helps me keep track of my spending in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't complain, so far the service has been rather easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to keep an organized record of business spending. This helps me to be able to explain to management how funds are allocated.
Great banking system
What do you like best about the product?
So simple to use - an amazing user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - everything so far is great. If we could get some live support, that would be great!

Making banking simple. No more having to run into a branch todo the simplest of tasks.
