Easiest card to use
What do you like best about the product?
The online portal has excellent insight into spend. The option to have a physical and virtual card is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex has been very helpful and I have no issues with the card.

Brex helps us with company purchases and keeping a good handle on spending

Great interface, unmatched client support.
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very good -- it's there when you need it, but they don't clog your email inbox when you don't. Our team also loves the rewards and promotions offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex provides a sorting system that helps you break down the categories of expenses. This is helpful, but some vendors get sorted in a weird way, and there is no way to override it manually. We'd like if we could create custom categories and manually and add vendors to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are our startup's bank. They provide a suite of startup-specific tools (like burn and runway tracking) that make our budgetary meetings a little bit easier and let us focus on building our product, not managing spreadsheets.

Paid by cash or with Amazon or another card that is not accepted in different commerce all over the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing too much. One downside is that they won't count yield-bearing treasury accounts as assets to increase your credit limit. It isn't a deal breaker by any means and understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping our spending under control and secure with virtual vendor cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to match receipts on the fly and the ability to create digital cards is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Worries that Brex will drop smaller startups like us? Heard rumors of that.

Corp cards, expense reports, integration into financial accounting systems

Expense management isn't great, could be a lot better.

App is super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to check my app from my phone when I'm out and about so I can see how much money I have available to me. With my last corporate card I had to text a number to see this info, and that one extra step really got in the way!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't experienced a downside yet! If anything, I don't think sending me a text message with every small purchase I make is necessary. It's only necessary if I need to respond with a receipt for a larger purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing funds for multiple budgets/projects -- with Brex, you only need one card and they make it easy to transfer back and forth between the different budgets!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to set up, and fast support by phone. I received the physical card in 4 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Brex physical card can't be used at ATMs for withdrawals

Making it easier to issue cards and manage subscriptions for the company. The Brex cash is also easy to setup.

Simple and intuitive app but with all the relevant information to track your expenditures.

No downsides have been identified until now. It took 7-10 days to arrive via Fedex so plan accordingly before your first trips.

Traveling for work without needing to spend my personal money and asking for reimbursement.
BREX is by far the best I've seen.

Nothing really. Early on there were a few bugs in the mobile interface, but Brex makes fixes quickly.
