User friendly app
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to submit receipts and the alerts that text me so i can open up the app

Great customer service and ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of mind, just like a regular credit care, dont have to worry about expensing things, I have all I need in one card! Attentive customer service, so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue connecting my phone number in the beginning, and didnt like that I always had to receive a password on my phone

Great beginner card but lacks advanced control and features
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using Brex and the ability to have unlimited virtual cards. Also liked the 1x rewards on the card which were easy to redeem in addition to other benefits such as travel booking through the portal partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of multiple physical employee cards, lack of advanced spend controls with policies, and approval workflows. Additionally, the physical card did not have NFC for easy tap and pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit card capabilities with scalable credit limits based on account balances. Easy to use platform and capabilities to upload receipts as well or send texts of photos for receipts.
Enables our remote team
What do you like best about the product?
Brex having both physical and digital options make it super easy for us to roll out cards as needed to our remote workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - we haven't had any issues with Brex.

Enabling our employees for spend management when we're a remote team.
Very professional and if there is an issue, it is handled quickly.

Able to get assistance quickly when an issue arises.

Access to company card instead of having to seek reimbursement using a personal card.
Brex, is the easiest quickest way to manage start ups and people who need a modern way to manage .

The easiest to upload for recurring charges and the quickest way to get your staff paid quickly and efficiently.

Not having a currency converted to enter expenses.

Not having to wait till my next pay to be paid back.
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Linking transactions to images, little blurbs is incredibly easy. I love how I can just drag and drop receipts to each transaction line. The userface is very friendly and it's been seamless for our finance team. I also love how it's linked to my phone so uploading receipts can happen instantly!
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of dislikes... I can't really think of any. The only question I do have is why they cut all small business accounts. I also have a small biz and our account got axed. Bit of a bummer, but I'm sure it was not making sense financially for Brex anymore...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new product updates, they are making it much easier for us to link receipts (if at all necessary) to our transaction lines. This will cut down on so many people's time spent dealing with all of that. I LOVE how Brex is the future!
This has been a rewarding experience using the Brex credit card, it's easy to use and hassle-free!

The most helpful thing is that it doesn't need to remember any PIN number or password whatsoever!

I don't have anything to state about its downside!

I don't need to carry cash and it's also helping me track my expenditure by updating the dashboard each time I am making any transaction!
Easy and fast reimbursement
What do you like best about the product?
There's a transparent approval process. It's easy to forward receipts. The whole workflow is great. Makes traveling for work so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to upload receipts one at a time. If you don't want to use the Brex card, it's a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it so easy to get reimbursed for travel and other work expenses.
Need a bootstrap option
What do you like best about the product?
Interesting park and benefit system for startups
What do you dislike about the product?
Interesting product but ignores the bootstrap market. Only focused on VC backed companies.
