Excellent experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's so easy to use the card but also to access all the information I need to keep my account up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's very easy to use including the different card number for card-not-present transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use when trying to process transactions. I can sign in to my account and have a separate card number when I need it. It also works well with Apple Pay which is very convenient as well.

Nothing to complain about in the web or mobile version

It addresses corporate card issuance and maintenance processes.
Simplest corporate card app I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is how easy it is to upload receipts and notes related to purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the brex. I haven't encountered any cons this far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I've had to physically submit receipts to accounting which was so annoying. Brex allows me to just take a picture and upload it.
Simple, fast, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to get started, manage accounts, and process expenses with ease. Great customized reminders and simple login. All of this makes it extremely simple for our corporate cardholders to quickly get their expenses done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you invest the time, the reminders can be annoying. Make sure to put in the time during your set up period to make sure that the settings make sense for your business and card users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping us solve problems like corporate expense governance and enabling our frontlines to quickly & efficiently take care of the most common expenses quickly.
Great credit card for employees of startups
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer service and great rewards for startups and as you scale. Super easy to get your entire team set up on Brex credit cards to pay for all your work expenses. Also easy to remind your employees to upload a receipt. Also a great community of folks who really care about helping startups grow and succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Everything has been working great for us

Makes it easy for our Finance team to handle expenses.
Virtual Card is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows you to log in and use a virtual card number, which is extremely handy in the event you don't have the physical card yet or on hand. It also notifies you as soon as the card is used, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there haven't been any strong downsides to using Brex as an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows my company to pay for business related expenses without me having to front the cost and apply for reimbursement.
Brex just makes sense!

I love the hassle-free application process, the easy setup for virtual cards for myself and my team. The process for track spend and expenses for multiple team cards is simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex simplifies business cards, reimbursement management and approvals, streamlining the entire process for our startup, allowing to focus on the hard technical work instead of operations hurdles.

Brex Is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite thing about Brex is thier easy-to-use interface. Brex's interface is much more straightforward than other business credit cards and is debatably simpler than most personal credit cards. This makes organizing and categorizing expenses a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that bothers me about Brex. I would like it if the auto-generated receipts were available to basic users, not just paid ones. That said, running that service is likely more expensive, hence why it is a paid option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem solved by the Brex platform is the need to track down expenses internally. Brex's expense reporting makes it extremely easy to know why certain purchases were made!
