Clean Fast Business Expense App
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and convenient receipt upload- send a photo of the receipt to a text that is sent after a transaction and you're done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for money-tree seeds to plant. You have my address Brex, please send them :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time efficency with uploading expense photos and keeping in line with monthly company budgets.
User friendly software, good support, helpful reporting that offers valuable data.
What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely, so viewing receipts and purchases from one portal is helpful. I love the accounting tool and the search abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced so far is that the log in can be glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking every user's purchases, assisting in expense control.
BREX is the best solution to pay by card locally and on the Internet
What do you like best about the product?
There are no problems when I pay with Brex. In the beginning, they delivered a card by DHL so fast. I had some questions during card usage, so their support helped me rapidly. Also, I like the possibility of using Google Authenticator to improve the protection of my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have clearer information about currency conversions. I often pay in euros, but my account is in dollars, so I want to see an exchange rate for a transaction. Unfortunately, the SMS sent by Brex doesn't contain such info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had two problems. The first one was delivery, my first package was stuck and BREX support organized the other package, which was delivered fine. The second one was the implicit subscription issued while I was buying tickets, one month ago I received a notification about an unexpected withdrawal, so I called Brex support and they canceled this payment.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly; I can easily see and manage my virtual cards, jump into the transactions and enter specific details for each receipt to provide visibility to other stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't encounter any feature that disables me from my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can be more organized in our spending, vendor cards make it so easy to attain a specific card for each platform so there is no room for confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great customer support. Customer support are responsive and action taken is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, had not faced with any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to pay vendors who does not have 30 days payment terms and to help employees from paying out of pocket for these expenses.

In a single tab, I can see all the rehembersment so that I can track it very easily
Being able to submit memos and receipts both using the browser and IOS version of Brex are very easy

Being able to track and categorize spending quickly and without difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
While memos and receipts save after uploading, there is often no indicator that they did so.

Being able to track and categorize business spending.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to submit requests and for the team members who need to approve them to do so. Brex doesn't complicate things, and I can easily select from a dropdown list what a specific request is for. It's been a game-changer for reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan that the reimbursement takes about two days to process on their end before hitting your account. I would love for the reimbursement to be provided as soon as approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we'd have to submit receipts via email and hope we were sending them to the appropriate team member. Now, the process is much more seamless with Brex.

So easy to use - expenses and documentation are seamless and easy

Virtual card vs physical card is confusing and probably not necessary

Easy way to charge business expenses and log them
Brex is solid for my small (but growing!) business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration with Quickbooks and how straightforward it is to input receipts and notes on my expenses. It makes booking keeping, paying, and tracking my company finances easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex's cash Runway and Scenario Planner are interesting features that I think are currently being "Beta'd" to some users but I do wish there was some more functionality around forecasting or visualizing my company's spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping me have more transparency into how my company is spending its money. It is helpful to not only have the credit cards and banking aspects but it also allows me to easily pay vendors/invoices in a timely fashion.
