A great solution for employees expenses management
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, integrates most needs into a single platform with clear information. The pages are easy to navigate, reservations are easy to make, and the customer service is excellent. The integration with the credit card and the platform is seamless,
What do you dislike about the product?
Got a few glitches about automatically generated receipts are not being loaded. Otherwise I cannot complain about anything else in the solution. Congratulations for a great development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a traveling representative of my company, Brex streamlines my expenses. If I do it correctly, I can do a complete trip without spending a single penny out of my pocket. Even if I have to pay something in cash, I get reimbursed in a couple of days.
Best Spend Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We work with multiple vendors, and it's tough to track, manage and monitor our expense with Brex. It's very easy. An unlimited virtual card with a lock and spend limit is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
They provide us with low limits and shorter time periods, which I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide access to a credit card for global founders without building a personal credit score. I don't have SSN, but I have access to an amazing business credit card.

What do you like best about the product?
Its rewards program offers generous cash-back rates on popular business categories such as travel, software subscriptions, and advertising.

Some users are approved for the lower credit limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and effortless access to US credit cards, even for Non-Resident founders. This can help startups like us to save time, money, and resources, while also improving their financial visibility and control.
Brex has been efficient in resolving any issues I’ve encountered.

In my opinion the customer service is super efficient. The app helps me keep track of company purchases and is always responsive and reliable.

I don't have any qualms currently with Brex.

depositing any amount from your bank to your brex account took a lot of time. it could be 2 weeks, which is a lot of time!

Effortless Expense Management with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Brex allows me to upload receipts from travel expenses with ease. The feature where I receive a text message and can add a picture of the receipt is particularly convenient. Brex then automatically matches the receipt to the expense, seamlessly adding it to the portal for my accounting manager to review. This automation streamlines the process and reduces manual effort. Another aspect I love is how straightforward the initial setup was; having used Brex for three years now, I can attest to its user-friendly nature. I am highly satisfied with Brex, as reflected in my rating of 10 for recommending it to friends or colleagues.

Sometimes I don't get a text message, but I also have the app so I can use the app.

I find Brex makes it easy to upload receipts from travel expenses and automatically matches them to expenses, streamlining the process for my accounting manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex credit cards have helped me manage business-related expenses separately, and the reimbursement process is really smooth. The mobile app is very helpful to manage it all

In my experience, there are a few delays in processing reimbursements. I'm not sure if there's a technical reason for it, but that's the only thing I'd like them to improve

For any expenses the employer is willing to take on, for example, managing my travel to work locations, Brex takes away the worries about reporting, categorizing, or any additional data entry aspects.

You can upload receipts easily. Memo space makes it fast and easy to keep track of spending.

Nothing. I like everything so far. No hassle.

Less paperwork and steps to get fiscal information they need.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team (Naima and Miso) has been outstanding! We love the ability to capture our receipts on their website and the ease of using their system. I can easily see spending patterns across the whole organization, and their technology has reduced the overall workload for managers. Brex has been very responsive to suggestions, and I look forward to future innovations!
What do you dislike about the product?
During initial conversations with our salesperson, we were told by the end of 2022, 80% of vendors would have automatic receipts generated. That hasn't proven correct, but it seems Brex is constantly adding more vendors with this feature. I look forward to that aspect being more functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple staff used to compare receipts to a spreadsheet to ensure that everything was in order. No more creating spreadsheets, and no more paper receipt collection. Yay!
