What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the fact that attaching a ticket is not automated. I would like to be able to upload receipts to my specific spend by just emailing the receipt

The physical card took a few days to arrive. Otherwise, that platform is amazing.

The smooth UI/UX is easy to use and user friendly.

Some elements are sometimes hard to find at first glance like card information etc.

Filing expenses, reporting employee expenditures, accounting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that there is a feature that allows you to book travel via the Brex website. It's also so easy to update receipts and memo's to any transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need a tap feature! My card only has the chip and therefore I need to use that over just tapping the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is keeping our company expenses organized and within reason. Brex also helps book travel which makes the process that much easier.

It is so easy to write a memo and add a receipt to a transaction!

I am sure there is something, but nothing immediately comes to mind.

It is so easy to do business expenses, verify how much was spent/when, and then connect each expense to a project
Brex blows Expensify out of the water in both simplicity, customer service and efficacy.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex customer service has been prompt and extremely helpful. The simplicity in both the browser and app version are unmatched by any other vendor I've utilized!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience any downsides to Brex.

We utilize Brex for our company credit cards and it allows cardholders to manage receipts and memos efficiently; without the extra added support from an internal Finance department.

Getting all the spendings under control through the phone app and the browser as well. I liked the phone app, although it seems it had less features then the browser dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is really helpful, but it cannot be used instead of google pay. And I didn't find the rules for getting the physical card - only virtual card is available by default (and my phone was a dinosaur without NFC)

solving my business expenses problems in another country during the long stay, I shouldn't bother myself creating the local bank account or debit card as I already had Brex

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to submit receipts from my phone. It's also simple to add memos. I like that I can use the physical card or attach it to the wallet on my Iphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's tricky to log in from my computer. Maybe if there was a way to attach my own credit/ debit card so that If I go over my allotted amt it pulls from my account.

My company provides us with free lunch. For remote employees, we get $400 a month on the Brex card and we can easily track the balance, attach receipts and submit memos

Having a default budget can cause the card to decline if the correct budget isn't selected prior to running the card

Brex is allowing me to expense business venture and not have to pay for them up front with my money to then have to wait for weeks to get reimbursed

-Had some issues with getting my physical card. Took a few weeks to get it delivered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problem of making and managing corporate expenses. Prior solution required uploading receipts for each purchases, getting them approved, etc, which was a huge hassle.
