Brex-it: The thing I didn't actually think to ever say until now
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use
Supports both a digital card and a physical card
Purchases automatically are being added to my expenses instead of me doing it manually (e.g. expensify if you don't have the card)
Notifications on things I still need to do are succinct, especially the emails. They are perfect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asks for 2FA a LOT, but it's needed. I still dislike it.
The physical card is flimsy and does not inspire use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the problem of me needing to spend money for work, without needing to be reimbursed. That is benefitting me in the sense that I do not need to worry about my own credit cards when it comes to using Brex. I also do not need to wait to be reimbursed, which at previous jobs, can take weeks or even months.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, transparent about everything, and is accepted almost anywhere. Integrating with QuickBooks is a HUGE plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
The text message receipt features fails sometimes when uploading an image without a comment.

It's a better/more responsible credit card.

Friendly platform with amazing simplicity, tackling old problems from a brand new angle.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything can be managed by the platform intuitively. Everything. The support or services have an unbeliveable velocity and friendliness, creating trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I was led to believe that the credit cards are 100% accepted anywhere in the world, which is not acccurate. Transparency on the product's limitation is always great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having available credit cards instantly (digital) and even physically in no time. Also, the simplicity makes managing the internal clients a bless - they are always happy with little effort on guidance.
It is alway very fast and straightforward, never fails.

Getting text messages and reminders was useful.

none, great card and easy webpage, very intuitive interface

I like how user-friendly it is, it also saves so much time compared to other programs that my company has used for expenses, also like how you can text receipts after purchases
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble with the receipt being split in half and Im not sure why that happens or how to fix it. Has only happened once so not a huge deal, it's the only thing I can think of...

Brex has cut down my time by 50% to submit expenses. It has also saved hours of time to submit mileage compared to our systems before. I am also less likely to lose receipts bc i take photos and send them right away!

Brex is just easy and seamless and integrates with things I'm already looking at (such as my SMS text messages or Slack)
