Super easy to use and saves time for finance/people ops!
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we can use it to handle our food perks, stipends, and expenses for company events. Saves time processing expenses and gives employees flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, it takes a bit of getting used to on the back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us provide flexibility for our food perk when our employees are all across the US and remote and combines it with expense software.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to navigate and has little-to-no learning curve. The process for adding receipts and memos for purchases is so user-friendly that I could upload my documents without needing a tutorial or help documentation. The notifications of approved purchases on my mobile device and the ability to access card details and upload documentation via the device are beneficial. No worrying about losing a receipt or forgetting to upload it when I can snap a photo and go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I encountered was when some of our cards were flagged for potentially suspicious activity. After proceeding with the steps to request the account be unlocked and verify the transaction, it was flagged again when I attempted to process the transaction a second time. However, I appreciate that the fraud controls are in place, and the issue was resolved quickly once our accountant reached out to the Brex team for resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has made it much easier to manage the daily expenses and subscriptions necessary to keep my department running smoothly. Having my own card is more convenient than dealing with reimbursements or requisitions, and the documentation process for any expenditures I make takes almost no time.
Never Knew Corporate Expenses Could Be So Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI in the Brex App and even the Brex website are easy to navigate. Tasks and notifications are clear drivers to action. I'm never confused about what I need to do in Brex to reconcile my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. My company is newer to using Brex so, it would be great if they continued utilizing all of the features available to continue to make expensing easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always forgot to upload receipts and often misplaced them between making a purchase and getting home to upload them to my expense report. Now, my expenses are either magically updated with the receipt or I get a push notification and can snap a pic of my receipt to satisfy the requirements!

Biggest downside is that you can't deposit cash

They understand startup finances unlike more traditional organizations, so the low overhead gives us cash back which is awesome

I think the invoice and notes added to Brex help accounting to know when something is purchased that it has been approved for use in the company.
The BREX card speeds up the process of buying from new vendors while you are waiting for credit approval.

Disputed charges show as debiting the card even though they were never approved. So it looks like you may be buying something that is not authorized.
The good point is that the card can be canceled and replaced with just a few clicks in the program.

There is absolutely nothing we hate with Brex. Although, here are some features they can explore in the future!

Brex has greatly benefited our business by making transactions seamless and easy. The ability to make transactions on the go and the provision of distinct and protected cards to our employees has helped us manage our expenses more efficiently and effectively.
SO Good! Submitting expenses has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I no longer have to wait to be reimbursed for expenses by my company - I get to use the Brex account whenever I need to make a purchase for work or travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that's confusing is the physical card and digital card numbers are different so if you purchase a hotel room on your digital card, when you get to the hotel they can't use the physical card to verify your purchase and wont take the digital card as proof. If they were the same it would be easier, its like having 2 cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to pay up front for company expenses is amazing and being able to get a reminder to submit my photo for expenses is great. It's made me feel more comfortable making work purchases because I dont have to worry about when i'll get reiembursed.
