Very intuitive app.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has a great app to track all spending and budgeting. Quickly notifies you of all charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the Brex card to have a tap option on the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the visibility on charges and available budget while out in the field.

It is great I love getting snacks with my Brex card

The ease of using the card. I can use it as google pay or use my card!

Costco doesn't take master card which I cannot buy snacks from Costco

Buying snacks as it is a use it or lose it system.
Peace of Mind While Traveling
What do you like best about the product?
Having an actual physical card to be able to make purchases while traveling, at the airport, pay for parking, etc. I also like the ability to reply to a text message with a snapshot of the receipt, so I don't forget to submit receipts later on. Also being able to use a virtual card online is convenient when I don't have my wallet handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had to use a combination of spreadsheets, scanners, and email to be able to track and submit expenses. Now everything is centralized and managing expenses is a breeze. Not to mention, with the budget limits on expenses, I feel more secure that if a card is lost or stolen, large, unauthorized purchases are less likely to be made on my card.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is a convenient product to get the work perks covered. The reporting system is amazing and having receipts in place has never been easier. I like how quick the card was shipped.
What do you dislike about the product?
My virtual card doesn't work for online payments. This is frustrating and I'm not sure what to do. Also, I can't add it to the Apple Pay, which is a bit inconvenient

Having the corporate expenses covered and also giving me access to the perks and bonuses
Extremely buggy app, nice branding though
What do you like best about the product?
The branding is cool, the points are great, the credit card just works, easy to get additional cards, the approval process is quick, the concierge is great during the signup process. Interest rate is competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never used a buggier app. Their web app is barely functional. Dashboards routinely don't load. 2FA gets disabled and requires a new 2FA key (this is a HUGE security flaw). Overall I do not feel confident keeping $1m+ in this account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help with banking for startups. This means receiving VC investments, access to credit cards, managing different cards for different vendors and internal team members.
As simple and more intuitive than mainstream debit cards
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and cleanliness of the website. The upsides are my accounting team can be updated on company purchases and being able to include memos on purchases is fantastic. The icing on the top is getting emails notifying of any missing details on purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have much to add here as it's handled much of the pitfalls I've run into when using debit and credit cards from other vendors such as Chase or Capital One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is keeping track of purchases. Afterwards it's transparency. Brex allows us to always be on the same page and if something is missing, Brex alerts us.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to create your account and use as your corporate credit card or through the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the credit card or mobile app makes things a little confusing jumping back and forth but that is more for me to coordinate properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate expenses and submitting expense reports.
Best credit service out there
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to use UI. Security is top-notch. Support is very friendly and fast, always there when you need it. Compatibility with Apple Pay is super!
What do you dislike about the product?
Shipping to other countries is an issue sometimes. Two of my cards were lost in shipping due to the wrong address input into the package. Sometimes notifications take a while to be triggered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily provide credit for company expenses. Control limits and what purchases were made by the company. I have more autonomy and transparency with the company I work at.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Trying something new, especially when it determines whether or not you'll get reimbursed, can be anxiety-producing, however, in this case, there was no need!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Brex.

Brex has a portal that makes expense related tasks extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has our Brex card hooked up to some other expense related software. I liked it better when I used Brex portal to do my expense :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has made my life easier by providing me with both a virtual & physical card. Brex is also very helpful in resolving any disputes that comes up.
